Edited to add: After a full refund. Was informed they went light on lettuce because they don't have much 😂 no one wears a name tag, and no one answers the phone. I truly hope the owner cares enough to make serious changes to this ghetto establishment. Never have I seen something like this before from tropical smoothie. This is not how I expected my flatbread today. Hard bread, soggy lettuce (barely), and the tomatoes.. it's all skin wth. Someone needs some training.

They edited my review this place sucks!! The manager was cooking and messed up an order and blamed the New General manager. This lady had a terrible attitude and was clearly riding her trainee. It was totally unprofessional.. I came back two days later and this lady was arguing with a customer. When I left I told him about the previous incident with the New Manager. Who was also a black man. We both agree not to come back. I told the New General manager that he gave me the best customer service that I had since coming there. His response was thanks and that he needed that for his confidence. And I'm a white woman.. Yesterday, I returned and I asked where was the new General Manager Leon or was it Deon. The front counter person said it's Deon and he's no longer with us. I felt bad because he was such a great guy who looked good doing his job!! How dare them to edit my post... I never said that this place was amazing, especially after waiting 40 minutes for a quesadilla and a smoothie!!! That's not amazing.. That sucks!!!

Corporate def needs to pay a surprise visit to this branch This place is so unorganized and they are always out of ingredients of some sort, why are they even open? and the wait is ridiculous most of the time always no body out front, even when it’s busy they take their sweet time and I can tell they don’t care. Lots of chitchat giggling and being on their phones typical teenagers. Been there done that you know when someone just milking the clock being there and not even actually care to perform the actual task this just awful Ever since that short Asian Manager name Jing quit, this place turn into the worst branch ever. Use to be so organized and ordering and getting your food so smoothly and organized.

Horrible experience. Ordered a large smoothie came out in 2 baby cups. Ordered a Thai Chicken Wrap - what a disaster! I questioned the smoothie telling them I want one cup was told they didn’t have lids I asked for a refund. I asked why can’t you post a sign so consumers can make an informed decision- her reply was we can’t post signs. Odd, there was a sign on the counter asking for coins and I pointed that out to her. The wrap is a $10.00 wrap. It came out wilted lettuce, no carrots, no chives , scallions or sesame seeds when asked what going on in this place the lead ( same woman) argues with me and told me to leave. I told her I would as soon as she refunded my money. She also said if I don’t like the service to go elsewhere- pointing to go out. I said to the woman in charge How can you sell a 10.00 wrap and NOT have the ingredients to make it- it needs to not be sold. And why is this OK with you? I mentioned to her I have lived in this area for over 35 years and I have watched this place fall to its demise. She again asked me to leave- said to her with that attitude- the way you treat your customers i’d bet you will be out of business in the next 4 years. Sad our world has come to this…

I don’t know why they bother keeping this location open. Every time I order from this location they are missing something. Today and the other two times I’ve ordered they haven’t have chicken. It’s so mismanaged that on a Sunday, the weekend and traditionally the busiest day, they don’t have a staple of most orders. Additionally, they only have one type of chip today, only barbecue chips. Pathetic! Just shut it down or hire a competent manager that cares about your brand.
