I have to be transparent upfront, this is the food from where I am , my place in India. For those who don't know, ever state in India has unique cuisine(language and sometimes clothing), like a country in Europe. So this is my kind of food Kerala style. The menu is vast and you can get all styles of Indian food, but what makes this place special is it caters to this very unique palate. All the food is good. But some is outstanding. The biryani here are amazing so are the aapam and black chickpea curry with coconut. ( took home no pic) Also had the parotta claypot with beef , the egg curry, a side of parotta, and a chicken appetizer. From an atmosphere, if you know you know and you will like it, its very nostalgic. But if you don't it will come across as sterile and strange. But in the end its about the food for me here. All delish. Hope the pics entice you to give this place a try.

Visited this Indian restaurant during our visit to Chicago. The food and ambiance was Top notch. I would definitely recommend trying out Malabar Parotta here it was so soft and flaky with varathuarchathu chicken curry, and the chicken fry from appetizer. This place is a must visit for anyone craving authentic Kerala cuisine.

We visiited on 11.28.24. we ordered Meen polichathu, kili porata, chicken 65, single porata,appam and kadalai curry. The food tasted ok and quantity wise was ok. Appam and Kadalai curry tasted sweet and not worth 13.59$.One thing I don't get it is porata, appam or idiyappam ordered they are provided separate without curry and curry need to be ordered separate. May be it is the culture in Kerala. The food is costly and we were charged 133$. Overall we had a good experience. For us travelling an hour and spending that much is not worth it. May be if you go in a group and can share expenses it is worth it.

Trilokah restaurant was an authentic Kerala restaurant. We ordered Kizhi Porotta, porotta, pothichoru, beef roast, and Sharjah Shake. The place was very mixed in food quality. The porottas were quite nice and the beef roast was okay, but the chore was not hot and the moru Curry wasn't good. The menu had inaccurate prices and most items cost more when paying. The Sharjah Shake was okay but wasn't sweet enough and was small for what we got. Overall, the porottas were pretty good and tasted fine but otherwise was only okay with some items being bad. Recommend porottas if going here.

Dated July 4, 2024, at this restaurant as a birthday treat by my friend family. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff was great. The food was fantastic. The presentation and service were superb. We tried Chatti Choru, Chatti Parrota, Fish Polichathu, Lassi, and beer, and these were the greatest. Chatti Choru is definitely worth trying! The meal is quite creative and unique. Thank you to the personnel for a fantastic experience!
