Trappers Sushi Co. - Dove Creek

Wow, where to start. Great environment with happy people everywhere. Newcomers excited to try more, repeat customers telling the chef they’ll be back soon, and it’s all evident why once you come here. We had a wonderful experience and even when we chose different roles, the chef recommended options that were better or his way that were much better than the menu alone. We loved each bite. If you don’t come here and try the yellowtail nigiri ceviche style, you are missing out. The guy helping us, Lula(spelling?) was incredibly professional and helped us have a better experience altogether. I live 9 hours away and plan to come back to bring the family.

Our server was extremely efficient, and she explained their specials/all you can eat menu in detail and kept our drinks flowing. The sushi was delicious! Good portions, lots of variety and excellently presented. They do a rewards program/app and it's worth it for the cash back earned and rewards. We will definitely be back!

All you can eat Sushi is only served while seated at the bar/stool area. Limited seats available, but well worth any wait. Dinner is best if you want access to more choices and Specialty Rolls. Extremely satisfied and the Dinner selection had some really great creations and flavors I had never tasted anywhere else. Very unique. Must try the TUKWILA Specialty ROLL (first image with lemon slices). Loved everything about my first experience here. I had 5 and a half rolls! I will definitely be back.

Trapper’s Sushi at Dove Creek is hands down one of our absolute favorite spots in San Antonio! We dine in here regularly, and every single visit has been nothing short of fantastic. The service is always top-notch, and a big reason for that is our amazing server, Ashley H. She’s incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu — always ready to answer any questions we have with a smile. She truly makes the experience special every time. The owner is also very friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that keeps us coming back week after week. The sushi chefs are pros — not only is the presentation always beautiful, but the quality is consistently fresh, flavorful, and delicious. No matter what we order, we know it’s going to be made with care and skill. We’ve tried just about everything on the menu (seriously, almost everything!), and we have zero complaints. Today, we decided to try the all-you-can-eat lunch option for the first time — and wow, it was just as amazing as our usual dine-in experience. The rolls were just as fresh and high-quality, and we left full and happy! Another thing we love is the seasonal menu. It’s always exciting to see what new creations they’re offering each month, and it gives us a fun reason to make sure we visit Trapper’s at least once a month (not that we need much convincing!). 🤣 If you’re looking for a sushi spot that delivers great food, great service, and a genuinely friendly vibe every single time — Trapper’s Sushi at Dove Creek is the place. We recommend it to everyone we know!

Wow! This is the best sushi! I came here before and it was really good, but tonight it wow’d me! Took a chance and had the all you can eat! So full but so worth each bite! Rainbow sushi roll, trump roll, barackade roll, and the tuna Nigiri were my favorites! Swan was our sushi chef and he did an amazing job! Wonderful experience all the way around! We will be back!!
