About TP Tea
TP Tea, located at 400 N Greenville Ave #14, Richardson, TX 75081, is a cafe specializing in bubble tea and other tea-based beverages. You can reach them at (972) 685-6902 or +1 972-685-6902.
The cafe is situated within the Chinatown area and offers a range of milk tea options. Customers have noted that the ordering process is primarily through kiosks, with card payment options available. One review mentioned a broken kiosk, leading to longer wait times. Parking in the shopping center can also be crowded.
TP Tea is known for its Tieh Guan Ying tea, which can be made into a tea latte. They also offer QQ noodles as a topping, a unique addition to their menu. Customers can customize their drinks with varying sweetness and ice levels.
Customer reviews present a mixed experience. Some customers praise TP Tea as "one of the best bubble tea places in Dallas," highlighting the quality of the tea and unique toppings. However, other reviews mention issues with the boba quality and the absence of certain menu items, like Thai tea. The boba was described by one customer as "disgusting."
If you plan on visiting TP Tea, be aware of the kiosk ordering system and potential parking challenges. Consider trying their signature Tieh Guan Ying tea and QQ noodles. Customizing the sweetness and ice levels is recommended to ensure a satisfactory experience.

Customer Reviews
Came here for Thai tea which they don’t serve. The orders are taken by a kiosk not an employee. Also one of the kiosk were broken so everyone was using just the ONE! Got a Milk tea, 100% sweetness level, no boba. My son got a Milk tea with boba 100% sweetness. My son spit the boba out, he said they were disgusting and half his drink was boba. I tried them and they really didn’t taste that good at all. Overall it was okay but there are better options around town. Parking is crowded in this shopping center as well so just keep that in mind.
Definitely one of the best bubble tea places in Dallas! TP Tea has always been one of my favorite tea shops in Taiwan, and this store in Dallas is pretty good too. It’s located inside the Chinatown, with a huge parking lot right in front of the store. The shop interior looks fairly new, and they also have two machines that take card orders in addition to the regular counter. There are many options on the menu, but what makes them stand out from the rest of the tea shop is really the tieh guan ying tea, so I always get that and make it into a tea latte. TP Tea also has QQ noodles that are rarely found in other bubble tea places. So for me, QQ noodles is a must-add topping! Less ice, 0-30% of sugar works well for me, but ofc there are many other variations/combinations for you to choose from 🧋
I have been to TP Tea in various locations including 2 in Greater Dallas and 2 in Greater San Francisco area, and TP tea always bring you best quality of tea. You can find variety of teas ranging from delicate, floral to earthy and robust. Additionally, the topping is the cherry on the cake. It completes your whole beverage experience. I love it and hopefully it will open new location in Austin, Tx.
Clean and nice tea place! They’ve got a lot of drink selections & unique flavors. They have a kiosk you can order/pay at but I recommend ordering at the counter for your first trip. I wasn’t aware some of their drinks come with small crushed ice which I don’t prefer since ice is all you taste when you sip. Will have to try a new drink the next time I visit but this plc is recommended :)
I love this place but the service given was really bad and unprofessional. I got confused and placed the “Premium green tea” instead of the “Premium lemon green tea”. Then my husband asked the taller guy (there were 2 of them behind the counter on Tuesday 11/26/24 around 5:20pm) if he can add or give us some lemon juice and he responded with a rude tone “we can’t do that.” Not even polite or professional even we tipped them just for doing his job. Come on… just lemon juice!! We didn’t even ask for two new drinks. But anyway, whoever tipping this guys just be aware that tips gotta be given for a good service and not for somebody that is already getting paid for making drinks without talking to the costumers. For the moment we are not planning to go back.
