The **environment** of Town Story, based on customer reviews and additional online information, is primarily geared towards a convenient, off-premise dining experience. While it may not have a traditional sit-down dining room for an elaborate meal, its focus is on efficiency and getting delicious food to customers quickly. Descriptions of the establishment often refer to it as an "unpretentious standby" for familiar Chinese cuisine, suggesting a no-frills approach where the emphasis is on the food itself. Despite the takeout-focused model, some online platforms note a "casual dining" atmosphere that is "good for groups" and "good for kids," implying that if there is a waiting area or limited seating, it is designed to be welcoming and accommodating. The primary "environment" for most customers, however, will be their own homes or chosen dining spots, as the food is intended for consumption elsewhere.
The **services** at Town Story are heavily centered around providing convenient takeout and delivery options. They offer online ordering, making it easy for customers to browse the menu and place their orders from the comfort of their homes. Delivery services are a key part of their operation, with mentions of food arriving "piping hot" and drivers being "very professional." This commitment to timely and hot delivery is a significant advantage for customers. The staff are frequently described as "friendly" and "fast," contributing to a positive service experience even for quick interactions. Town Story also prides itself on its commitment to quality for all diners, featuring dedicated **vegan and vegetarian selections** alongside traditional dishes. This inclusivity in their menu broadens their appeal significantly, catering to a wider range of dietary preferences. They also welcome families and groups, suggesting their ordering and packaging services are well-suited for larger orders.
Town Story’s **features** include a diverse and extensive menu that spans various categories of Chinese cuisine, with a particular specialization in seafood dishes. The menu starts with enticing appetizers like **Crab Rangoon** (filled with crab and cream cheese) and **Spring Rolls** (with shredded vegetables), which are popular choices. Other appealing appetizers include Spicy Fried Chicken Wings, Deep Fried Tofu (catering to vegan diners), Potstickers, and Green Onion Pancakes. For main courses, they offer a wide array of options including classic favorites such as General Tso's Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and Sesame Chicken. They also feature various beef, pork, chicken, and vegetable dishes, as well as different types of Chow Mein and Fried Rice. Their commitment to offering fresh seafood dishes, such as Salt & Pepper Prawns, is a distinguishing feature. Vegan options, like Ma Po Tofu and General Tao's Tofu, are also prominent on the menu.
Customer feedback regarding the food at Town Story is largely positive, with many describing it as "delicious," "always delicious," and "consistently good." Dishes are frequently noted for being "generously sized" and "full of meat without too many vegetables," offering good value. Specific praises include:
- The food being "fresh and TASTY!"
- Dishes arriving "steaming hot" or "piping hot."
- The "vegetable beef" being a favorite for some.
- The "2 person meal" providing enough leftovers for "4 more meals," emphasizing large portions.
In terms of **promotional information**, Town Story leverages several aspects to attract and retain customers. Their online ordering system is a key promotional tool, providing ease and convenience. The consistent positive reviews highlighting generous portions and delicious, hot food serve as strong word-of-mouth promotion. The inclusion of **vegan and vegetarian options** is a significant draw for a growing demographic, effectively promoting inclusivity. Furthermore, the availability of "lunch specials" and potentially "happy hour specials" (as hinted by some external information) provides value-driven incentives for customers. Their long-standing presence and reputation in the community, as evidenced by consistent positive feedback over time, also act as a testament to their overall quality. For local users in Everett seeking a reliable source for Chinese takeout and delivery with a wide-ranging menu that includes both traditional favorites and thoughtful vegan options, Town Story remains a popular choice, despite the occasional negative review.

Don't waste your hard earned money. The absolute worst food. Not sure why but the soup smelled like toilet water ZERO STARS
I was today years old to find out it's takeout only. And also My new favorite Asian food take out!!! Definitely coming back!
This is the 2nd time we have ordered to go. It is all very fresh and delicious. We love the vegetable beef the most, but it’s all great.
This used to be my favorite go-to for pick up or delivery. This time the sweet and sour pork and the orange chicken, which are fried, had hard breading and very tough pieces of meat. It just seemed like the dishes had no distinct flavor where usually the food is fresh and flavorful. I was early for my pickup and had a ten minute wait, so the food should have tasted fresh. I was very disappointed with the food. Luckily the best thing going was the young man who had me wait, my choice inside or in my car. The food was in the last steps of being prepared, so it was fresh when I got home. When it was done he walked the bag out to my car.
They are well prepared for this COVID-19 pandemic situation. NO Dining Available, Take-Out ONLY!! And they really know how to pack food in real container unlike other restaurant using cheap styrofoams. Plus, food was so delicious and good portioned for less than $9 during lunch hours.
