Top Five Stars

I had a great experience at Top Five Stars Chinese Restaurant. The service was excellent—attentive and friendly without hovering. I tried the Double Happiness, (general chicken and general shrimp) and the food came out quickly, tasted great, and wasn’t overcooked. If you’re thinking about trying something marked as extra spicy, don’t worry—it’s flavorful but not overly hot. Overall, everything was done well, and I’ll probably be back. Definitely worth checking out!

Today when we sat down like every other time I have gone to any Chinese Restaurant in 60 years you are given a bowl of fried noodles. We usually go through 2 bowls. When we asked for a 2nd bowl we were told there are no more left in the restaurant and that after today management has decided not to serve or sell anymore ( yes they started charging for the noodles on takeout orders) so if you are expecting those crunchy noodles, they are no more. Stopped in for lunch. I had the two sushi roll lunch special. One spicy salmon roll and one spicy tuna roll. They both had the same look and taste. It was spicy, but there was no flavor of salmon or tuna detected. Service was fast, friendly and very attentive. I’ll give it another try in the future, but switch to cooked Food. I’ve been eating sushi for almost 40 years. And it was just too bland for me today. Too much crunch filling. It is a sitdown Chinese/Japanese restaurant. Plenty of room. Decor is fine. Location is very convenient.

Traveling and was looking for a place to eat & was thinking fast food to keep on driving and saw this place. Was worth the stop. We were kindly greeted and seated. Me yes given and brought drinks. Also brought out some crispy wonton and a dipping sauce. Portion sizes were perfect for us! VERY HOT (temperature wise) when they brought it out! Good flavor! To me a bit too sweet. But better than many places. Building is a bit older & could use a bit of updating. But very nice service & food. Would return.

Absolutely disgusting! There’s no way what I just received is real chicken! All the food tastes like a moldy basement. The guy taking the order has no clue what he is doing. We tried calling and he put us on hold 6 times for 2 items!
