I’ve been trying to find good Chinese food for a few years now. I live downtown on Jefferson and I don’t like the 2 located near Belle Isle. I only ordered shrimp fried rice because I didn’t want to be disappointed. My fried rice was perfect. The rice was a tad bit chewy but it had a great flavor which tells me it was made in a well seasoned wok. The shrimp actually had a little flavor to them. Most places the shrimp just taste boiled. I love egg foo young so I’ll be back to try that next time

Ordering was super easy and efficient. They even called when my order was ready to be picked up. The staff was polite. The food was really good and packaged great 😊

ON MONDAY I WENT & GOT SOME FOOD FROM CHINA ONE IT WAS HORRIBLE THE RICE LOOKED LIKE A FIVE YEAR OLD MADE UP & THEY TOOK & PUT SOME Shrimp on top of it and They were small as a dime. We'll never return food was horrible

I’ve never had Chinese food so horrible. I ordered the Singapore rice noodles. I still taste the burnt chemical taste or whatever flavor they were going for. It tasted burnt and chemical like with the worst aftertaste. I am highly disappointed because this was one of my favorite dish I would order whenever me and my family order Chinese food. I never ate here but seeing I was in the area I decided to give them a try but never again 😡

I visited this place for the first time today on a recommendation of a friend. I wasn't disappointed! The taste had a true authentic flavor of the old Chinese restaurants I remember. I tasted b4 I took the pic because I was hungry! I would visit again. It appears to be a family 👪 owned business. The only issue I have is the almond chicken w/o almonds and fresh green scallions. Plz be sure to add. Gravy was delicious.
