About Top China

Top China, located at 32A Sugar Creek Center in Bella Vista, Arkansas, operates as a Chinese Restaurant, offering services and goods typical of this category to local users. This includes a menu of Chinese-inspired dishes available for both dine-in and takeout. The restaurant can be contacted at (479) 855-6868 or via mobile at +1 479-855-6868.

Recent customer reviews paint a concerning picture of the current state of Top China, particularly regarding food quality and customer service. One highly critical review expressed astonishment that the establishment could serve the food they received. This customer reported multiple issues with their meal, including "mushy" chicken breading and the alarming discovery of "hair" in their food. Additionally, they described the texture of the chicken as "weird," indicating significant problems with the preparation and potentially the quality of ingredients.

Another customer echoed a decline in the restaurant's standards, attributing it to increased business volume leading to an inability to keep up with demand. This reviewer stated that "the quality and customer service has gone downhill." They provided a specific example of receiving an order of sweet and sour chicken that contained "no sauce, just chicken," which is a significant error indicating a lack of attention to detail in order preparation.

This same customer also detailed difficulties in contacting the restaurant by phone. They reported that on one occasion, the phone line was busy for a continuous 20-minute period when they tried to order ahead. On a subsequent attempt, the phone would ring and then immediately disconnect, a problem that persisted across several tries. This communication issue ultimately led the customer to visit the restaurant in person to place their order, suspecting phone problems.

Upon visiting, the customer observed the staff answering the phone, suggesting that the earlier difficulties were not due to a technical malfunction. After placing their order, they waited for 20 minutes in their car for it to be prepared. Upon arriving home after a 15-minute drive, they were dismayed to find the incorrect order (sweet and sour chicken without sauce). This series of negative experiences, from the difficulty in placing an order to the incorrect and poorly prepared food received, led the reviewer to express strong disappointment and the intention to seek a new Chinese restaurant.

Based on these reviews, the environment of Top China is not explicitly described in positive terms. The focus of the feedback is primarily on the negative aspects of the food and service. The fact that the restaurant has become "so busy" might suggest a bustling environment, but this has apparently come at the cost of quality and attention to detail. Cleanliness is also a potential concern given the report of hair found in the food.

In terms of services, Top China offers both dine-in and takeout. However, the recent reviews highlight significant issues with the quality of the takeout service, specifically regarding order accuracy and food preparation. The difficulty in contacting the restaurant by phone also indicates potential problems with their communication and order-taking processes. While dine-in experiences are not detailed in these reviews, the overall decline in quality and service suggests that dining in might also be similarly affected.

The features of Top China, based on the negative feedback, are unfortunately more about what they are lacking. The food quality appears to be inconsistent and potentially poor, with reports of mushy breading, weird textures, missing ingredients (like sauce), and even foreign objects (hair). The customer service is also a significant concern, evidenced by the difficulty in contacting the restaurant and the errors in order preparation. The fact that the restaurant has become busy, which might typically be seen as a positive, seems to have negatively impacted their ability to maintain standards.

Information regarding specific promotional offers at Top China is not included in the provided reviews. Given the recent negative feedback concerning food quality and service, it is unlikely that customers are focused on or aware of any promotions the restaurant might be offering. Local users would need to inquire directly with the restaurant to learn about any potential specials or discounts.

In conclusion, recent customer reviews for Top China in Bella Vista, AR, paint a concerning picture. There are significant issues reported regarding the quality of the food, including poor preparation and the presence of foreign objects. Customer service is also a major area of concern, with difficulties in phone communication and errors in takeout orders. The increased business volume seems to have negatively impacted the restaurant's ability to maintain its standards. Local users considering Top China should be aware of these serious issues raised by recent customers before making a decision to dine at or order from this establishment. The feedback suggests a need for significant improvements in both food quality control and customer service.

It’s astonishing that this establishment can serve this food. The chicken breading is mushy, and I even found hair in my meal. The texture of the chicken is also weird.

This place has gotten so busy that they can’t keep up and the quality and customer service has gone downhill. This is my sweet and sour chicken. No sauce, just chicken. I called a few days ago to order ahead and for 20 minutes the phone line was just busy. Tried again today and the phone would ring and then disconnect. Tried several times again. I decided to stop in on my way home and see if they were having phone issues. The girl at the register was answering the phone, so it seemed to working fine. Placed my order and waited 20 minutes in my car. After my 15 minute drive home, I open the bag and find this. Very disappointing. I think I’ll need to find a new Chinese restaurant.

I've been eating here for well over a decade and a half, and I always come back. They kind of have their own take on a lot of dishes so you do have to learn what it is you like. Their crab rangoons (think they call them cheese wontons or something, But I just called them crab rangoons and they know exactly what I'm talking about) are some of the best I've ever had. If you order over $50 worth of food they give you free sugar rolls (they call them fried donuts). And those are always a big hit at my house. And the people are always great! Once you realize that they have their own way of doing many dishes that's not exactly like the big chains, and you find dishes that are to your liking, you really can't go wrong. It can take a little bit of trial and error, not that I've had anything bad there, just sometimes things I wasn't expecting. I especially like their beef dishes and the chicken dishes that use unbreaded chicken. But they sometimes go unbredded in dishes that are traditionally breaded in other restaurants, and vice versa.

Definitely the best Chinese restaurant around. I always get the tofu dish and it's amazing every time. Staff is very friendly and they remember you if you're a regular. Very large portions for a very nice price. Love this place, I just wish they would deliver through a delivery service as that would make it way easier to get. I drive here from Rogers. Its worth it, but I wish they would deliver.

I had a huge order on Sunday. I walked in and ordered, within 5 mins, had an order for 5 people ready! Every bite was fantastic, fresh, and tasty. Very delicious Chinese food and excellent service. As I write this review and think of last night's dinner, it makes me want to order again
