If you are craving for authentic Chinese food , not an American twist version , here is the place to come and check in. A lot of people came here for barbecue meat, which is their featured food, however, it was a surprise that the other dishes they served were quite high standard, you would think you are somewhere in a northern town in china instead of in Rutgers of New Jersey , that is how good they are. First is the taste of meat, fresh and juicy, we obviously over ordered , but the beef and pork are all very good, make sure you ordered beef tongues, it will open a whole new world in front of you . Dumplings is a must to order , which definitely reminds you the taste of mommy cooking . The skin is thin with generous fillings . Various version of Chinese salad 拌菜that they mix all sorts of vegetables and sesame seasoning together , there is another one they mix with Chinese vinegar, very refreshing. If you are into spicy, make sure you ordered the fried chicken and stir fry cabbage They are also very good at making eggplant dishes , both barbecue one and the one with sugar coating are so flavorful. Worth to try out .. We are very satisfied with the dining experience here

tonight Kabab is a must-visit for anyone who loves flavorful, juicy kebabs! The meats are perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the portions are generous. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. Highly recommend if you're craving authentic, delicious kebabs!

Friendly and attentive staff, even when the place gets packed. Every item is filled with flavor and freshness, I personally love the skewers that are seasoned excellent with just the right amount of spice👌 everything on the menu will definitely not dissapoint you, We tried the grilled eggplant and loved it! 10/10 you all gotta try it

Ambiance is quite nice inside but expect a wait of you go on the weekend or dinner time. Waiters can speak English but most speak mandarin. All are very nice. Food is served rather quickly which is nice if you are hungry. We ordered a few kabobs (gizzard, beef tongue, beef intestine, and beef tendon). All have the same seasoning and not overly spicy. I would pass on the beef tendon though as it was quite chewy and hard to swallow. Our favorite was the beef intestine as it went very well with the seasoning. There is a hot plate on the table that is kept warm with small candles, which they light as soon as you place your kabob order. I didn't find that it kept the kabobs warm at all, but they did only light 2 of the candles when there were many other candles there. The young chow fried rice didn't have much flavor but paired nicely with the braised pork belly, which was served over vermicelli. We found the sauce for the braised pork belly to be quite salty so the rice helped make it less salty. Our last and final dish was the stir fried string beans, which as you can see from my picture, was loaded with red chili peppers and peppercorn. We didn't realize it was a spicy dish nor that it came with peppercorn as we are not a fan of the peppercorn flavor. Overall, it would have been more fun if you could actually cook the kabobs yourself over a grill. There are many other dishes to try so if you like spicy, definitely try this place out. I only gave this place a 3 star as I wish there was more variety in each kabob order.
