Food: this Korean Chinese restaurant has the best tangsuyuk and jajang mien! All other dishes are great, absolutely recommend eggplant with garlic sauce and walnut prawns. I’d definitely want to come back and try the jjamppong spicy seafood noodle 😋 Service: they are welcoming and helpful. They serve very fast and nice as well! Ambiance: family style recommended. Come with a group of people so you can try multiple nice dishes here all at once!

Tong Soon is a Korean Chinese restaurant. Their food is always decent. We have been here for over 20 years. It is always consistent. Their handmade noodles are very good. Don’t order too many dishes because quantity is pretty big. Price is not cheap since it is a big dish.

I tried their M5. Seafood Noodle Soup, and it was truly amazing! The soup came loaded with shrimps, clams, scallops, and squids—a seafood lover’s dream. The noodles were delightfully chewy, and the portion size was just right. We also had their M3. black bean noodles with minced pork. The flavor was spot-on for me—I loved the sweetness from the onions and the texture of the chewy noodles. However, if you’re someone who prefers bolder flavors, consider adding a pinch of salt and a dash of chili pepper powder to enhance the taste.

I bought a broccoli chicken for $23 today. The portion size is average and it's so expensive, it scared me. Broccoli beef costs $24, and the difference between chicken and beef is only $1, which is too unreasonable. Broccoli chicken are only sold for $19 at Tsing Tao restaurants Los Gatos, and the dishes are served in large portions and delicious. This place is too expensive and crazy.

So far, it seems not bad. Decent egg rolls and the Tong Soon chicken was fine, but it seemed a little subdued in flavor (so at least it probably isn't an unhealthy option). By the other reviews, their crown jewel seems to be their Korean food, so I look forward to revisiting and updating this.
