About Ton's Palace Chinese Restaurant

Ton's Palace Chinese Restaurant is a Chinese Restaurant located at 285, 3250 Pleasant Run Rd, Lancaster, TX 75146, USA. They can be contacted at (972) 223-5601 or their mobile number +1 972-223-5601.

As a Chinese restaurant, Ton's Palace offers both delivery through services like Uber Eats and pick-up options. One customer who used Uber Eats reported spending $38 (including delivery and tip) on General Tso Chicken, shaken tofu, two egg rolls, and two orders of dumplings due to a "buy 1 get 1 free" special on the dumplings. They found the General Tso Chicken to be "really good," noting it was sweet but not very spicy with a good amount of chicken and vegetables. The shaken tofu was described as a "little bland" despite being well-seasoned, with the customer preferring a crispier texture and more sauce. They mentioned that the small sizes of both entrees were sufficient for two people, resulting in leftovers. Overall, this customer was "pretty satisfied," considering the price, and noted that while some food tasted like it might have been sitting for a while, it was still a good option for delivery at that price point.

Another customer had a smooth and fast experience with pick-up. They ordered two lunch specials, which included Sweet and Sour Chicken and Orange Chicken, along with soup and two small egg rolls, as well as a side of Lo Mein and Crab Rangoon, for a total of $39.73. They had "no complaints" about the food, praising the flavor, particularly the sweet and tangy Orange Chicken (without an overpowering orange taste) and the crispy and delicious Sweet and Sour Chicken. The Crab Rangoon were highlighted as a favorite with a nice crunch and creamy center, and the Lo Mein was also reported to be good. This customer had no complaints about their order.

Based on these reviews, Ton's Palace Chinese Restaurant offers a variety of Chinese dishes with options for both delivery and pick-up. They appear to have lunch specials and at least one "buy 1 get 1 free" offer on dumplings. Customers have generally expressed satisfaction with the taste and portion sizes, especially considering the price. While one customer noted a slight concern about the food's freshness for delivery, the overall sentiment suggests that Ton's Palace provides good food and value for money.

I ordered through Uber eats. We got general tso chicken, shaken tofu, 2 egg rolls, and 2 orders of dumplings (buy 1 get 1 free special) including delivery and tip I spent $38. The general tso was really good. Sweet but not very spicy. Good amount of chicken and veggies. The tofu was a little bland. Well seasoned, but I would've enjoyed a more crispy tofu in a sauce. It was firm and didn't fall apart. Both entrees were size small and was plenty for my husband and I. Lots of left overs Over all pretty satisfied. For the price you really can't complain too much. Food was hot, done of it tasted like it had been sitting for a few hours. But when ordering delivery and for that price, it's a good place and good food.

My experience was smooth and fast at pick up. I ordered two lunch specials Sweet and Sour Chicken, Orange Chicken and came with a soup and two small egg rolls, Also a side order of Lo Mein, and Crab Rangoon at the cost of $39.73. I have no complaints with the food we ate and the flavor was definitely there. Orange chicken was sweet and tangy with no overpowered orange flavor. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was very crispy and delicious with and without the sauce. The Crab Rangoon are my favorite with a nice crunch, The center was smooth and creamy. Finally Lo mein was good as well. No complaints with my order this time round.

The place was very empty when we went but there were people there to pick up orders and they absolutely recommended this place. Service was friendly and fast. We ordered the combination fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. We ordered a small sweet and sour chicken and it was enough for two people to share. The combo fried was rice very good. I just wish we had more than 5 little shrimp. We didn't really need soy sauce because the rice was good with and without it. My daughter loved the pineapples that came with the sweet and sour chicken. We'll definitely order from here again. We also LOVED the fish tank with the parrot fish.

I'm sorry but what I ordered from here was not good. It was my 1st time and I picked it in Uber Eats.. I can't judge anything else but what I got. I ordered my fave Egg drop Soup.. it was super thick like gel and not tasty at all. Moo Goo Gai Pan.. which was also not tasty..no flavor. Fried Rice that had absolutely no flavor and just plain no eggs or veggies. Egg roll was just ok and Crab Ragoon was good. They packaged it with care but I didn't care for the taste of the choices I made.

I ordered through Uber eats. We got general tso chicken, and shaken tofu both with white rice, 2 egg rolls, and 2 orders of dumplings (but 1 get 1 free special) including delivery and tip I spent $38. The general tso was really good. Sweet but not very spicy. Good amount of chicken and veggies, chicken was a little soggy tasting like it had sat for a day in the sauce, but still good. The tofu was a little bland. Well seasoned, but I would've enjoyed a more crispy tofu in a sauce. Egg rolls were slightly soggy, but got flavor. Same for the dumplings. They had a slight crisp, but again it was a if they had been sitting for awhile. Food was hot upon delivery. Realistically for the price it's a 5 star place. But my honest review is 4. Both my entrees were the small option, and it was plenty enough to feed my husband and I. Over all pretty satisfied.
