This is what $65 of food looks like if you order take out. Maybe it's different if you dine in but I will never know. First time trying them and won't be back. When a place has a small menu (only three different "plates" to choose from) I would expect them to execute those dishes at a high level. I don't feel the quality and portion align with what they charge. I had higher expectations as I have heard from a few that this place was good so maybe it was just an off night. I called back after getting home and seeing the portion to inquire about it. They stated that was the normal portion size.

This feels like a secret spot - the sweet and sour chicken and roasted cauliflower were incredible. Also has a lot of gluten free options. Would definitely come back here

TKO is my go to East Nashville dinner spot! Whether it’s take out, dine in or UberEats it’s always great! I take a lot of my vegan/vegetarian/gluten free friends here. There are always options for them. Not only that but their cocktail menu changes frequently and they are always trying fun new combinations! Oh and speaking of changes they have a gluten free cake on the dessert menu that changes throughout the year. One week it might be made with Fruity Pebbles the next one could be Sweet Tea flavored! Here are my go to’s -The egg roll is huge! It’s one big one and easily can be shared with a friend. - I love their soy chicken option when I’m not feeling meat. But I’m always impressed with their seasonal offerings. - The Skillet Cake! It’s a staple! I always save room for it. - Great variety of non-alcoholic drinks! Love all the NA Beers! Long story short.. it’s a great place to get a good meal that’s easy. Whether it’s for a birthday dinner or a night where you just don’t want to cook. It’s a must!

Don't listen to the few one-star on here. Sorry someone peed in y'all Karens' cereal (not). This place is amazing. Get the TKO chicken and the bourbon chicken fried rice. They also have amazing cocktails. From what I could tell it was fresh squeezed juice and mixed to perfection. I got the Gimme Gimme. Similar to a French 75.

I basically only rate restaurants on the quality of the food- the food here is amazing. I’ve loved everything I’ve had. The surprise fried rice is always fantastic regardless of what’s in it that night. The pickled turnips are life-altering. Their desserts are delicious- I could have destroyed an entire one of their pineapple cakes.
