In terms of services, Tian Tian Chinese Restaurant likely offers multiple options to cater to different customer preferences. These typically include dine-in service, allowing patrons to enjoy their meals on-site. Takeout service is also a standard offering, providing the convenience of enjoying Tian Tian's food at home or elsewhere. Additionally, many Chinese restaurants offer delivery services, either directly or through third-party platforms. Customer reviews offer insights into the food and service at Tian Tian Chinese Restaurant. One reviewer expressed surprise and delight with the orange chicken, noting that it had a pleasant spiciness and a genuine orange flavor, enhanced by the presence of orange peel in the sauce. They also appreciated the texture, describing it as both crunchy and soft. This positive feedback suggests that Tian Tian might have a unique and well-received take on this popular dish. The same reviewer also mentioned "cute chopsticks with characters on the ends," indicating attention to small details that can enhance the dining experience. Furthermore, their boyfriend enjoyed the chicken and broccoli with lo mein noodles, finishing his entire meal, which speaks positively to the quality of these standard Chinese fare items.

Another customer, who had ordered from Tian Tian several times previously and found the food to be "standard and reasonably good," shared a significant negative experience with a recent delivery order placed 24 hours in advance through DoorDash. The order was delayed by more than an hour and a half, and the third delivery driver who attempted to pick it up reported a backlog of orders at the restaurant with no clear timeline for delivery. This resulted in the customer having to cancel their order. This review raises concerns about the restaurant's ability to handle delivery orders, particularly when placed in advance, and suggests potential issues with order management during busy periods.

The contrasting reviews highlight the variability in customer experiences. While one first-time customer had a very positive impression of the food and even appreciated the small touches like the chopsticks, a repeat customer encountered significant issues with a delivery order, despite placing it well in advance. This suggests that while the food quality can be commendable, particularly dishes like the orange chicken and the chicken with broccoli and lo mein, there might be inconsistencies in service, especially concerning delivery timeliness and order fulfillment during peak times.

Given the information available, Tian Tian Chinese Restaurant appears to offer flavorful Chinese cuisine, with the orange chicken being a standout dish praised for its unique taste and texture. The positive experience of the first-time customer suggests a restaurant capable of providing a satisfying meal and pleasant details. However, the negative experience with the delayed delivery order raises concerns about their logistical capabilities, particularly when dealing with third-party delivery services and potentially high order volumes. Local users considering Tian Tian Chinese Restaurant should weigh these factors based on their preferred dining method (dine-in, takeout, or delivery) and their tolerance for potential delays, especially with delivery orders.

Currently, there is no specific promotional information available in the provided reviews. Local users interested in any specials or discounts offered by Tian Tian Chinese Restaurant are encouraged to contact them directly at (803) 548-6788 or +1 803-548-6788. Inquiring about their menu, daily specials, or any ongoing promotions might provide additional value for those looking to dine at or order from Tian Tian.

For the residents of Fort Mill, SC, Tian Tian Chinese Restaurant presents itself as a local option for Chinese cuisine, with positive feedback on some of their dishes like the orange chicken and chicken with broccoli and lo mein. The unique twist on the orange chicken, with its spiciness and real orange flavor, could be a draw for those seeking something different. However, potential customers should also be aware of the reported issues with delivery timeliness. Depending on individual preferences for dining in, taking out, or having food delivered, Tian Tian Chinese Restaurant offers a range of options, but it may be prudent to consider the potential for service inconsistencies, particularly with delivery orders placed through third-party services.

I was surprised by the orange chicken I ordered. It was a little spicy and I actually really liked that and it had the real taste of oranges as there were pieces of orange peel in the sauce. It was crunchy and soft just the way I like it. First time trying this restaurant, they were great! They had cute chopsticks with characters on the ends and they worked great too. My bf was happy with his chicken n broccoli with lo mein noodles and ate all of his food. Overall great food and would recommend!

We have ordered from here several times. Food is standard and reasonably good. We recently placed an order through DoorDash 24 HOURS in advance, and had to cancel the order tonight after it was more than an hour and a half late. The third dasher trying to pick it up said there were dozens of folks waiting for food and no clear timeline for delivery of our order. Don’t take orders you can’t fill in a timely fashion.

Outdated, but I think they think that “look” is “in” ya know with the old menus above and bad lighting. My husband says the look hasn’t changed & it’s looked that way since he was a kid .. mind you he’s almost 28 so if that tells you anything. I’ve gotten the sesame chicken more than once & each time it looks different but it has gotten tastier just wish they could avoid the gummy pieces of chicken I typically get near the bottom. The rice portion could be a bit bigger but I’m watching my rice intake so it’s ok considering the circumstance.

I’ll start off with the good things. The people are friendly, the rice is always good, and my husband really likes the sesame chicken. However, we won’t eat there anymore because they do not properly clean their shrimp. It wasn’t just one piece, almost all of the shrimp in my fried rice was not properly deveined and cleaned.

The sesame chicken was hard, dry and definitely not freshly cooked. The crispy egg roll was not crispy at all. Worst I’ve had. I nornally don’t complain but this was bad. First time customer but won’t be back!
