As a proud member of the Chinese Restaurant category, Tian Fu Cuisine specializes in bringing the authentic and fiery flavors of Sichuan cuisine to the local community. Based on recent customer feedback, Tian Fu Cuisine has garnered attention particularly for its signature dish: dry hot pot. One enthusiastic reviewer noted, "$13 per pound for dry hot pot which is honest not a bad price. Most places I’ve been to are at least $15 per pound. The food itself tasted great. Got $46 worth and it was more than enough for two people." This positive comment highlights the value proposition of our dry hot pot, suggesting that our pricing is competitive within the local market. Furthermore, the reviewer praised the taste of the food and the generous portion sizes, indicating that a $46 order was ample for two diners. This suggests that Tian Fu Cuisine offers both quality and quantity, providing a satisfying meal for our customers.
In contrast, another review mentioned, "The dry hot pot tasted alright. Very pricey. $13 per pound. That tray in the picture cost $80. Service was pretty good." This feedback presents a different perspective on the pricing of our dry hot pot. While acknowledging the decent taste, the reviewer found the cost to be high, with a single tray amounting to $80. This discrepancy in perceived value could be due to the specific ingredients chosen for the hot pot, as the price is determined by the weight of the selected items. It's important to note that the dry hot pot experience is highly customizable, allowing diners to choose from a wide array of ingredients, which can influence the final price.
Despite the differing opinions on price, the second reviewer did commend our service, stating, "Service was pretty good." This positive remark aligns with the general expectation for a pleasant dining experience and suggests that our staff is attentive and helpful to our customers. We strive to provide a welcoming and efficient service to complement our flavorful cuisine.
As a Chinese restaurant specializing in Sichuan cuisine, a key feature of Tian Fu Cuisine is the bold and often spicy flavor profiles characteristic of this region in China. Sichuan dishes are known for their liberal use of chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns (which impart a unique numbing sensation), garlic, and fermented black beans, creating complex and aromatic flavors that are both intense and deeply satisfying. Our dry hot pot is a prime example of this culinary tradition, allowing customers to select their preferred meats, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients, which are then stir-fried with a potent and flavorful sauce.
The dry hot pot experience at Tian Fu Cuisine is unique in that it differs from the traditional hot pot where ingredients are cooked in a simmering broth at the table. Instead, the dry version involves the chef stir-frying the chosen ingredients with a rich and spicy sauce in the kitchen, resulting in a dish that is ready to eat upon serving. This method allows for a concentrated burst of flavor and a different textural experience.
While the available reviews primarily focus on the dry hot pot, as a full-fledged Chinese restaurant, Tian Fu Cuisine likely offers a broader menu featuring other classic Sichuan dishes. These might include mapo tofu (silken tofu in a spicy fermented bean and minced meat sauce), twice-cooked pork (thinly sliced pork belly stir-fried with vegetables and a savory sauce), Kung Pao chicken (diced chicken stir-fried with peanuts, vegetables, and chili peppers), and a variety of noodle and vegetable dishes, all prepared with the distinctive Sichuan flair.

$13 per pound for dry hot pot which is honest not a bad price. Most places I’ve been to are at least $15 per pound. The food itself tasted great. Got $46 worth and it was more than enough for two people.
The dry hot pot tasted alright. Very pricey. $13 per pound. That tray in the picture cost $80. Service was pretty good.
Customers can choose the food by the counter, and let the customer choose the spiciness. The food is tasty, friendly service and reasonable price. The shop is in the New World Mall food court.
Dry hot pot is so good, the selection of meats and vegetables is not vast but it’s more than decent. Kinda expensive. It’s great to share a bowl with a friend (aka good hangover food). Bring cash as a deposit for the bowl!
This used to be my favorite place when I was in school. It used to be for 30 dollars we can get a lot like A LOT for three people. However, since last year I went to order for take out I realized it got so pricey. I went yesterday to order dry pot and I realized that when she weight the food, it stopped when it was 20$ something but then all of the sudden the number weight scale moved again and that she didn’t even wait for the scale to stop to tell me the cost. I was fine with everything like this since I don’t eat it very often anymore. However, it was too oily so before I eat it I let it go through water (bottled water) and so it can reduced some oil to gets to my body. As I was eating I saw this black thing with legs, and I know it has to be an insect 🕷️ and I stopped eating and took a picture. I understand that the hygiene issue is a concern down the New world mall since they opened so many years, but I am just shocked that imagine I didn’t washed it through with water, this cute little insect is going to my body? They really need to clean that spot. I have took picture but I don’t know how to attach it.
