About The Wok Experience

The Wok Experience, located at 267 S Euclid St, Anaheim, CA 92802, USA, is a Chinese restaurant that offers large portion sizes, which some customers appreciate as it can provide multiple meals. You can contact them at (714) 533-9227 or +1 714-533-9227.

One customer who eats here often finds it comparable to other Chinese restaurants but continues to patronize it due to its proximity. A point of contention for this reviewer is the additional charge for common sauces like chili sauce, soy sauce, and hot mustard, which they believe should be provided in packets for free.

On the positive side, The Wok Experience has shown willingness to accommodate dietary restrictions. One customer, who no longer eats meat, appreciated that they could order wonton soup without wontons and were given extra shrimp instead, expressing satisfaction with getting what they paid for.

However, subsequent experiences for the same customer revealed inconsistencies in food preparation. On one occasion, they found pieces of pork in their meat-free wonton soup, rendering it inedible. Another time, they encountered unclean shrimp in their soup. Despite these issues with food quality, this reviewer noted that the food is generally good and they like the people who work there.

In summary, The Wok Experience offers large portions and has demonstrated some flexibility in accommodating dietary needs. However, there have been instances of food quality issues reported by at least one customer. Additionally, customers should be aware that sauces like chili sauce, soy sauce, and hot mustard may incur an extra charge.

Meh. It's really no different than every other Chinese restaurant. I eat here often because it's close. Big portions which is great. I get two or three meals out of it šŸ˜šŸ˜‹ I don't like the fact they charge you for sauce. Chili sauce, soy sauce and hot mustard should be given in a packet however, you have to pay to get a cup of chili sauce. I'll continue to go.

I love that they accommodate my wonton soup with no wontons because I stopped eating meat. However, I do eat seafood so they added in extra shrimp 😁 happy to get what I pay for. I went back two nights ago to get the same soup. However this time I found myself chewing on pieces of pork meat. Needless to say I couldn’t eat it and wasted my money. It was a very busy night so I ordered ahead for pick up. I didn’t expect that rush survice experience. Nor do I want to do this again. I’m not gonna lie another time I also had unclean shrimp in my soup. So I couldn’t eat that one either. The food is truly good there and I do like the people that work there.

I’ve gone to this restaurant for years and they use to be good, but not any more. The last 3 times were a complete disappointment. The food was dry, tasteless and just plain horrible. My family and I just threw it out after a few bites because it was that bad. We will never go there again. And to top it off, the employees were not at all caring or helpful. The Wok Experience at 267 S. Euclid St in Anaheim is not the place to go for a good meal.

It's okay. The broccoli beef was too salty. The red bbq chicken was cut in too big of pieces and was hard to eat. Liked the rice but did not like the noodles; strange tasting. If your into portion size you will like this place. Huge portions. Good price. The picture was my left-overs that I took home to eat later. As you can see I had a lot left.

Disgusting old food from 2 hours ago and even worse food safety. A employee of daniels nonchalantly walks up to the cashier and the cooks in the back and shakes their hands, talking to them with no mask on while everone else has them on. The chowmein was as cold as the sesame chicken and the bbq pork, only good thing was the soda. If you're wondering why your stomach hurts then there's your answer. Glad this is my last time ever.
