The Slippery Mermaid Navarre, FL

The BEST sushi I’ve had in years!!! Also our waiter (Troy) was the best! He recommended the Summertime roll which was without a doubt the best tasting sushi ever! I also got the Chef’s Roll which was unique and superb. Got the Mermaid Tails appetizer which was perfectly tasty and just spicy enough to warm up the taste buds. My wife got the crunchy shrimp and cucumber rolls and said they were really tasty. Overall the best sushi experience we’ve had in so long. We’ve been to Navarre five times in eight years… so many lost opportunities to eat at this amazing restaurant. This is a must visit going forward! Thanks Troy and the awesome chefs at The Slippery Mermaid!!!!

I stopped here on a whim and wasn't really sure if they would have a Vegan option that would suit me. I'm so glad I stopped their veganized Chef roll was absolutely delicious. My coworker said his food was delicious as well. If I ever get back to Navarre I will stop again! And their cucumber salad hit the spot. So good!

Best Sushi we have had in a long time! What we ordered:(top down) Dragon(favorite) Sunshine Whale of a roll FRIED SHIRMP (mermaid tails) has coconut but perfectly balanced sweet and spicy. Great location and amazing quality fish. We really enjoyed our meal and hope to go back soon!

My husband and I were tired of all the fried food that most places offer and decided to try some sushi!! It was the perfect choice! My husband is allergic to shellfish and the staff was very accommodating of that. The sushi was amazing and the place was clean! Service was fantastic!

Honestly this is a fantastic sushi place. I was very impressed with the size and quality of the rolls. It’s quaint but that fits the vibe. The menu was easy to read and honestly totally reasonable with the prices, especially for what you get! It’s a must-visit if you’re in Navarre and they’re open.
