According to customer feedback, The Rice Box LLC offers food that is generally considered good, with some dishes having a unique preparation style. One reviewer noted that the chicken was a bit firmer than usual, the noodles were thinner and perhaps slightly overcooked, and the fried rice was lighter in color. Despite these differences from what they were accustomed to, the overall experience was not negative, and they indicated a willingness to order again.

Another customer expressed a strong liking for the food, particularly the Mapo Tofu, having ordered from The Rice Box LLC three times. However, this reviewer also pointed out a recurring issue with order accuracy, mentioning that an item was missing in each of their three orders. On their most recent order, a spring roll and pork fried rice were omitted. While they appreciate the food quality and intend to give The Rice Box LLC another chance, they emphasized the importance of ensuring all ordered items are included in the bag to avoid future disappointments.

In summary, The Rice Box LLC appears to offer tasty Chinese cuisine with some unique variations in their cooking methods. Potential customers may enjoy exploring their menu, with dishes like Mapo Tofu receiving positive mentions. However, it is advisable to double-check the contents of your order before leaving or upon delivery to ensure all items are included, based on recent customer experiences with missing items.

The food was good. The chicken was a little harder then what I'm used to but it wasn't bad. The noodles were different as well. They were thinner and maybe over cooked a little bit but it wasn't the worse. The fried rice was a bit lighter then I'm used to but the kids didn't complain 😁. Every place has their own way of cooking. It wasn't bad food. Definitely will order from them again

I’ve ordered from them 3 times and love the food. My favorite is Mapo Tofu. However, each time they forgot something that I ordered. Today they forgot my spring roll and pork fried rice, which was going to be my lunch tomorrow. It’s a bummer because I want to keep ordering but missing an item all 3 times I’ve ordered just isn’t acceptable. Again I love the food, so I’m going to give it a try again, but if this happens again I’ll have to stop ordering. Please double check that all items are in the bag.

I ordered by Grubhub. The food came quickly but, the dumplings were over done/ burnt. I also ordered lo main that had a char flavor to it. It was my first time ordering and I will say I was a little disappointed. The portions are great, but I don't want to eat a bunch of burnt food. I would eat my own cooking lol. But for being in a pinch and not having any lunch to eat ... it was something.

First time trying TRB, and can say it's unlike the rest. The General Tso sauce was insanely good, and they didn't hold back with using it..which leaves some for the rice. The chicken was crispy and cooked so well. Not dry or lacking the meat. Just perfect. Only thing I would say I would change is the egg roll. Which was to oily in my opinion. Other than that, the food was fantastic.
