I wish I could give more than five stars!! The experience and quality of everything completely blew us away! First, the staff and owner were so warm and welcoming. We waited just five minutes for a table on a Friday night. The atmosphere was really NICE, and the bathroom was super CLEAN! I noticed they make everything from scratch—even the pasta! The top three recommendations from this restaurant are the famous mozzarella sticks, rigatoni alla vodka, and “linguine and clams”, which we ordered. No lie—it was beyond our expectations. The pasta quality was absolutely perfect! A must-try for anyone considering it. We finished with double espresso, and the flavor was AMAZING! Also, while waiting for your order, take a moment to read the cool history info on the table—it turns out this place used to be a laundry!

My partner and I visited The Pasta Shop and absolutely loved it! Upon reading reviews, I was a little intimidated due to the lengthy wait list so we decided to go on a Saturday in the afternoon to avoid the rush. We were told a wait time of around an hour and after only 30 minutes got a text saying our table was ready. The atmosphere is very nice and the open kitchen was intriguing you don’t often see them around. Service was amazing, everyone in the restaurant took care of us and not once did I run out of water (it was refilled 3-4 times which was extremely pleasant). Service was prompt but also we didn't feel rushed at all. The food was great and the wait time wasn’t long at all and prices were extremely good considering the wait times. My partner and I both agreed it was under priced considering the clear supply of customers they have. Big thank you to everyone who took care of us. Overall the experience was amazing and would highly recommend.

My experience with “The Pasta Shop”. We came here at 3 pm for lunch on Thursday and already all tables were packed. They told us the waitlist is about 1,5 hours, somehow the table was ready for us in about 50 minutes. The dining area is small, so be aware you need to wait to be seated. Even if you came to the open time. The server was amazing and checked about our allergies or food restrictions a couple of times. The menu is small but everyone can find what he prefers. We tried their popular Mozzarella sticks, for the main course The rigatoni Alla Vodka, and Chicken Parmesan. The Mozarella stick is outstanding! The best I have ever had! The pasta is great and flavorful! Chicken Parmesan was amazing, thin, and crispy with fresh linguine in white garlic sauce. In the end, we ordered an espresso and I was so happy that they offered “La Columbia” beans. The espresso was delicious, smooth, and not too acidic! Unfortunately, we couldn’t try their desserts, because we were so full but we will come back to try other dishes.

Went to this place for dinner on a weekday. The place got a really got good vibe and ambience. I tried their rigatoni pasta and shrimp with black pasta. The food was served at a decent temperature. I liked the red shrimp pasta (black). The resturent located in downtown and got street parking.

Worth the hype, it’s busy, it’s bustlin’, it’s inviting, it’s delicious. Just go. Table for 2: Shared the mozzarella sticks Radiatore w/cauliflower Fra Diavolo Spaghetti Carbonara Did not leave room for dessert. Next time 💖
