The Cheesecake Factory

Me and a friend came on Thursday night, I forgot the servers name started with an M and I think ended with an O but, great service. It was our first time, so we let him surprise us with his pick of cheesecake. The food was good. The atmosphere was good. Server kept water filled, dirty dishes were taken away, not to hovering. Overall great experience and will be back (even though it’s a 2hr drive)

It was delicious! From the drinks to the dessert! Brussels are always a big winner here! I did think the 2 person tables were a bit close to each other- felt like you were sitting in a strangers lap, but otherwise, and great lunch date! Service was good, and the wait was minimal (3pmish).

This place was packed and we waited almost 2 hours to be seated. After being seated service was amazing and so was the food. The mozzarella sticks and street corn was highlights of my night. 10 out 10. Took rhe whole family and we enjoyed. Just a little too much people for my liking.

Finally Visited The Cheesecake Factory I've heard so much about The Cheesecake Factory from friends and family, so I decided to check it out for a date night with my girlfriend. The overall experience was fantastic, aside from a brief, laughable encounter with a disruptive diner near us. Thankfully, the restaurant staff quickly handled the situation, ensuring it didn’t affect our evening or impression of the place. Overall Ratings: Restaurant: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Parking: Free Parking Restaurant: The decor and layout of the restaurant are impressive. Everything is clean and well-maintained, including the restrooms. One highlight is the cheesecake display, which makes it easier to decide (or not!) with so many tempting options. The overall atmosphere was inviting and cozy. Service: We arrived at 7 PM on a busy Friday night and were fully prepared for a 30+ minute wait. The location is conveniently next to a mall entrance, so browsing shops while waiting wasn’t an issue. When we checked in, the hostess, Brie, greeted us warmly and was professional, courteous, and accommodating. After we were seated, we had an unfortunate encounter with a disruptive woman at a nearby table. She was loudly chatting on her phone and even started rapping and narrating what we were doing. Her behavior was laughable but disruptive, and within five minutes, my girlfriend asked Brie if we could be moved. Despite how busy it was, Brie quickly found us a new table, which we greatly appreciated. Our waiter, Ethan, was equally fantastic. He was welcoming, attentive, and polite, ensuring all our requests were met. For example, we asked to take our cheesecake to go since it was getting late and also requested extra brown bread (which I absolutely loved!). Ethan handled everything efficiently and exceeded our expectations. Food and Drinks: We tried a variety of drinks and dishes: Drinks: -Whiskey Sour: Good. -Malbec: Enjoyable. Food: -Jamaican Chicken & Shrimp: Delicious! The flavors were spot-on, with just the right amount of Jamaican spice, and the dish was cooked perfectly. -Cajun Jambalaya Pasta: Excellent! The pasta was fresh, and the dish had a rich, flavorful kick. Conclusion: Without a doubt, I’ll be returning soon to explore more items on the menu. Initially, I was concerned about the large menu, as it can sometimes indicate average food quality, but they nailed the balance here. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff, coupled with the high-quality food, made us feel well taken care of. This visit was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend it to others.

The lady took us (me and Celina) out to Cheesecake Factory and I have mixed feelings…service started off not great with the hostess who seated us whispering follow me when we were up at the front but that is minor… We got avocado egg rolls…7.6/10 Mac and cheese bites 9.5/10 Chicken wings 0.2/10 frozen Walmart wings that were overcooked and barely edible Chicken lettuce wraps 5.8/10 I got chicken and shrimp gumbo and first thing i noticed it was not a gumbo didn’t have the color of gumbo and wasn’t even close to a soup/stew. Secondly the rice was old as shit like it was hard old. Thirdly it was the worst flavor I’ve ever eaten and I have never been to a restaurant where not only I couldn’t finish it but couldn’t eat anymore after 4 bites because it was so disgusting. -12/10 Had good company tho ❤️
