The Cheesecake Factory

Host, she was nice and the food was amazing. The waitress Dajah was not so great wasn't at her best figure she was tired from a long day but turns out she seem like she didn't wanted to work or didn't wanted us as her customer. Didn't say hi or anything rude taking our drinks and food order, so we tip base on her service and it wasn't great that didn't stop her from talking to coworkers about our 25 dollars tip which I think it was realistic seem the rest of my party wanted to leave 10 because that's how rude she was. We tip based on service, not how much the bill is. Oh, and it was my 2 of my family birthday so thanks for that

Wow, I feel ripped off. $30 for “shrimp scampi & steak Diane” which was more of a mash potato mushroom soup with pieces of meat in it. The menu claimed it was 1700+ calories but I would be shocked if it was even 200. 3 pieces of shrimp & like 4 pieces of meat. It definitely wasn’t what a sane person would call a steak.

First time my husband and I were able to visit The Cheesecake Factory. We decided to sit outside, and the view was amazing, nice little scenic area with a pond. Our server Ernesto was amazing. Very polite, he gave us plenty of time to look over the menu. He asked us if we would like some bread and hey, why not. Taste like fresh baked bread, and it was very good. We were not sure what to get, so we both went with a different burger. Mine the BBQ sauce on it was amazing. My husband said his needed more garlic aoli sauce, but both tasted really good. The smokehouse burger is what I got, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who likes a good cheeseburger. My husband chose the Bistro Burger, and it was good, but not as tasty as the smokehouse burger. Of course, we each had to get a slice of cheesecake to go. We both had a wonderful experience for our first time visiting a Cheesecake factory, and we would definitely go back.

This was me and my mom's first time visiting the cheesecake factory, and it was quite interesting. Our server Jayda (image below) was very caring through our order, but not communicative. When I asked what came with the steak and salmon combo (meaning anything else like vegetables, sauces, and etc), she wasn't familiar with it, which threw me off a little because I expected to have an answer but then she remembered. Perhaps she didn't feel like explaining it to us. Afterward, while we waited, she came out of nowhere and placed the fries on the table without any heads up or communication. Not a "here you go" or "hi, sorry, let me just put the fries here for you guys." Anyway, I let that slide since that wasn't the main course. Later on, we got our food. The salmon my mom got didn't have much flavor to it, and the steak was delicious and juicy, but it wasn't well done as she requested. It appeared that half of it was well done, and the other half wasn't. She didn't mind but still felt disappointed. However, my chicken Alfredo pasta was very well seasoned and delicious. I'm just surprised that the chicken is $6 extra, and it's not a lot of chicken, which, honestly, the olive garden would have made a bigger difference. In the end, I ordered 2 cheesecakes (smores and tiramisu), and they were very tasty. I liked the smores the most because it had a marshmallow fluff consistency perfect with the cheesecake, and i absolutely loved the Graham crackers to it. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but I hope the waitresses know that customer service is key and needed to fulfill the experience, especially on special occasions.

First time there to celebrate my sons bday and it was good. The food was good and large portions. For birthdays they will decorate the plate which is nice. We got the fresh strawberry cheesecake and the lemon meringue cheesecake, both were delicious!!
