The Cheesecake Factory

Servers were friendly but the service was extra slow. Their menu offers a wide amount of options with all kinds of food, maybe that’s why it took them like an hour to make my pasta 😂 I wasn’t in a hurry so it’s ok I guess. Surprisingly enough, I was not impressed with their cheesecake. Tasted a bit bland to be honest. The place was clean and the ambiance was nice. Food was OK. If they could improve the speed of their service the experience would be a lot better. Our server was doing both inside and outside tables, so they’re clearly understaffed. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’ve got somewhere else to be after.

The Cheesecake Factory is so so so good. Food made fresh to order. The fried macaroni cheese balls are divine and so are the sliders if you’re ordering appetizers. I’ve tried the rigatoni which was wonderful and I also tried the skinnylicious turkey burger on another day. My friends tried other dishes which they said was also good

Atmosphere was a 10 outta 10!!! Food tasted fresh and everything was cooked perfectly. Customer service was excellent, I would definitely visit this location again.

Food was so yummy, and I'm so thankful everything is listed with calories. The fact that there is a specific menu that highlights lighter meals was the cherry on the top given the sheer size of the general menu. The staff were patient, friendly, helpful, and attentive during our visit as well. The atmosphere I scored lower as we were kinda squashed in a corner right on top of another couple meaning super limited privacy. Much too close for comfort.

Look for the picture of the glass of water that was given to one of us at the cheesecake factory, disgusting!!! How do you miss putting a dirty cup on the table? Walking out the manager of yelling at a server and had her in tears. Doesn’t matter what she did, do that in the office. Food was not that good either. I won’t go back. At least our server was fun!!
