Thai Basil

Place has been inconsistent over the years I've eaten here, but recently quality has been excellent (at least in comparison to other similar spots). Don't order Thai items expecting the same Thai food from Thai restaurants. I find myself enjoying the Thai menu, but I have to keep an open mind as the dishes are named the same but completely different in taste to what I am used to. The Chinese menu is solid, again in comparison to other places nearby. I went from going once every other year just to be disappointed, to going once a month or more.

Great spot. Have been here many times but only for takeout. The lady cashier up front is nice, I'll have to get her name one day. My favorite dishes have been the sesame chicken, veggie fried rice, mapo tofu, honey chicken, sautéed brocoli (tofu added), and spring rolls. I've only disliked the tofu pad thai and green curry.

I got the Green Curry. It was not Green Curry. It was absolutely horrible. It’s like they chopped up a bunch of veggies and stir fried it with the sauce. Large chunks of onion and uncooked carrots and broccoli which would’ve been fine but there was no soup and there was no flavor. All I tasted was coconut milk. The summer roll was also horrible. It lacked filling and I tried the skin more than the actual filling. I had to throw it out. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but spending the amount of money we did and getting this is horrible!

Great for takeout and we've ordered so often, the order is often remembered as it is slightly different.

We’ve been going here for years since 2006 and they quite literally have the best Chinese and Thai food anywhere close to this area! I usually get takeout and bring it home, but they do have about 6-8 booths if you order to eat in. We always order this anytime we want to celebrate something or if we are just in the mood for Chinese. The same lady who I believe owns the place as well, works so hard there cooking and preparing orders. They never get my order wrong, which I appreciate. There’s a few things I always get, Crab Rangoon (family favorite get 2bags!) egg drop soup, General Tsos Chicken is the best, they make sweet and sour chicken perfectly, vegetable or beef lo mein, egg rolls are bomb, beef w broccoli, shrimp w mixed vegetables….i could go on and on, I’ve never had something there I didn’t like!! PERFECTION!!!
