Teriyaki Madness

Very disappointed, ordered two bowls with orange chicken and both of them were burnt, not charred, actually burnt! I couldn’t eat all the pieces because it was excessively burnt and even if it’s only burnt on the bottom you taste it all throughout the chicken. I don’t know if it was because the food was ordered through Postmates which is why they chose to give us the burnt food instead of throwing it out or if they are just lazy. It’s ridiculous for us to pay money to support your business and you give us burnt food that tastes like pure charcoal as if it was free. And we paid more for it since it was delivery! Disrespectful to the customer and please believe the other reviewers when they say this is worst than Panda Express. Disgusting, will be reporting to Postmates on the quality, maybe that will get you to focus on quality instead of leaving replies to reviews when your restaurant clearly is not taking them into account. Oh and the broccoli was so hard it felt like a rock. Terrible, 1/10

Think of this restaurant as a much worse version of panda express. I ordered an orange chicken bowl with noodles and veggies and it was so bland. The texture of the noodles was confusing as well; they were not pleasant to chew through. I asked for a bottle of water but was given a fountain drink cup instead. When I went to fill it with water I noticed that the entire fountain drink area was being swarmed by fruit flies. It was so disgusting. It's also worth noting that my food was given to me to go even though I did not ask for it to go. It felt like I was being kicked out of the restaurant. I had lost my voice so I wasn't able to correct their mistake and ended up eating in my car. I can't recommend this place and will not be returning.

Ordered via Uber Eats and it was absolutely delicious asf. I had not eaten teriyaki madness in a few years but was surprised to see this location by me and it still tastes exactly the same years later and at a different location which I am very happy about. High quality food cooked perfectly, great portions, highly recommend.

I ordered the chicken breast teriyaki bowl and the only things edible within the bowl was the white rice and the veggies. The chicken breast had a hard rubber like texture when I would take bites of each piece. Poor quality chicken breast. What is pictured on the lid is what had to go into the trash. Definitely won't be returning

This review is not about the food, but rather about the professionalism of the store and its staff. I had accidentally placed an order here at 8:34 instead of a different local store and realized my mistake and called at 8:44 to request the order be canceled/refunded. The store manager denied this and cited that “…the food had been ready for over 10 minutes already…it would be a waste of product to refund you.” How I ask, can product be ready for 10 minutes if the order had only been placed 10 minutes prior? That doesn’t make much sense to me. The staff was also clueless and incompetent and unable to render any advice or resolution to this issue, even such as a customer support or escalation line. I love the food, and the other store (Fulshear @ 1463) is fantastic, but I would not recommend this location to anyone.
