Teriyaki Madness

I had an amazing experience at Teriyaki Madness! The food was fresh, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki Bowl, and it was bursting with flavour—just the right amount of heat. The portion sizes were generous, and the rice and veggies were perfectly prepared. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick even though everything is made fresh. The restaurant was clean and had a nice, inviting atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu.

I recently visited the newly managed Teriyaki Madness in Wilmington, DE, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the service was impeccable - friendly and efficient. The food was unbelievably fresh and flavorful; the chicken teriyaki (and Beef) was perfectly seasoned, and the veggies were fresh and vibrant. The place has really stepped up its game; everything from the ambiance to the taste was top-notch. If you're looking for a meal that feels like it was made just for you, this is the spot!

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. When they first opened the food was tasty and plentiful. Now, they skimp on the food while they charge crazy. And don’t order via DoorDash, you’ll really receive the bare minimum! The chicken looks like it’s packaged and warmed up. The vegetables aren’t entirely too hard. For a large, the container was more empty than full. I typically don’t write negative reviews unless I truly had a terrible experience and this was terrible. Do not patronize this establishment.

Not worth the money. I ordered a large orange chicken for my boyfriend… I would’ve got more for less if I just went to a regular Chinese restaurant. I also ordered teriyaki chicken bowl for myself and it was DRYYY. Was it even cooked in teriyaki sauce?? Also, whenever I get this at other locations, it comes with veggies on both bowls…..Not worth the $32 I spent. I will never go back.

First thing I noticed is it doesn’t smell like food in there. Makes me wonder if they’re just microwaving. The rice was hard, dry and clumped together and the steak was dry and tough. Took it back for a refund and the Indian man at the front desk told me there are no refunds once you leave the store. This location is under new ownership and management. It’s not the same people it was when they opened, which is why the quality and taste are now awful. Believe the reviews. Save your money.
