Teriyaki Madness

Customer service is lacking. Called in and expressed that I had placed a door dash order. I was cut off by the rep and told all the online orders had already been made. I scheduled mine for much later... When I was finally allowed to further explain the circumstances, I requested my spicy chicken teriyaki be switched out for regular (there is no option to select double original on the app (DoorDash)). My information was taken, but I wound up with spicy still, unfortunately. The food is solid, the spicy chicken teriyaki isn't incredibly spicy but I can't handle heat anymore. I'll consider giving this place another shot in person and hope for better luck.

Food was very hot and delicious. I got the regular portion of chicken breast teriyaki with fried rice and veggies and it seems like a pretty good size portion. I also added to make it spicy. Crab Rangoons are different from others because they are folded like a mini taco lol, a little sweet, a slight crab taste but mostly cream cheese. Down side was the sweet and sour sauce as well as teriyaki is packaged so not freshly made. Very good char flavor on the chicken and fried rice was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back!

I have always had a great experience when visiting this location. Lori always greets her guests with a warm welcome and seems to be always smiling. Well, unless the back of the house (team leader) starts barking at the front of the house. They showed to have fun interactions between them which shows they carrier a great culture at their workplace. The food is always fresh and taste fantastic! Thank you as always!

my friend and i decided to stop here for dinner and i can say we throughly enjoyed it. we were met with the cashier who was super nice and recommended some items off the menu. i got teriyaki steak and spicy tofu while my friend got the chicken katsu and spicy tofu. we both agree that the chicken katsu was the winner between the three proteins. it was fresh, super crunchy, and was still super moist. the teriyaki beef had a good flavor to it but definitely couldn't beat the katsu. our least favorite was the tofu. don't get me wrong it wasn't bad, it just wasn't spicy and seemed like the sauce was more sweet than anything, also it seemed dry and way too firm. the portion size tho was great, but we did get a large lol. honestly the tofu was really the only thing that we didn't enjoy, but everything else was really good! would try again!

I love coming to Teriyaki Madness with my family and feeding everyone delicious food at a fair price. Lately though the dining area has been filthy in the evenings. I could even see dirty areas that had not been swept once when we came two days in a row. Please train all your staff on proper cleaning and hygiene procedures because as they say, if the dining area is dirty, then the kitchen is probably not any better! I love the food and the girls that work there are typically very nice and I want to remain a customer!! Get this addressed so I can! Thanks
