Teriyaki Chinese

It’s currently 10/24/24, I ordered a garlic beef and two shrimp rolls for delivery. The delivery driver never arrived after over two hours of waiting. I tried calling back the store but the machine said they were closed(which was weird because it was 3pm). I ended up coming to the restaurant to get my food and it was locked up with a note on the door. This restaurant took my money and kept the food.

The only thing correct was that it arrived on time. Fried chicken with salty and overcooked. The jerk wings were extremely salty and overcooked as well. The rib tip platter with chicken fried rice tasted like Uncle Ben's rice and lacked flavor. The rib tips were burnt. The shrimp and broccoli was not spicy and the rice was rubbery. I was very disappointed.

I ordered here today and I’ll admit, I will certainly come back again. I have ordered two legs General Tos Chicken and an order of Spring Rolls and my god they are heavenly. The sauce on the chicken was flavorsome and very hot and the order was accurate as well. But let’s not forget to mention that the chicken itself was PLENTIFUL and the white rice was not mushy as I thought i would at any take out place I’ve been to. Kudos to the kid at the register who checked me out, he certainly can do math! I will certainly come back again!

This is the current highest quality Chinese food in at least 50 miles. The food is always fresh and never taste or smells old. They use fresh ingredients. I've ordered from other places and got old rotted meat, but Sakura Teriyaki is always fresh. They have big juicy whole shrimps instead of the processed frozen shrimps. You can really taste the difference in quality when ordering food here. It's always fresh and delicious. I'm knocking down one star because they didn't give chop sticks or spicy mustard with our order. Also, when did places stop giving complimentary egg rolls? Also, if you order egg rolls without specifying a meat, they'll just give you basic vegetable egg rolls without asking any questions. The person taking the order should make more of an effort to make sure you're getting what you want instead of just putting in an order by checking off boxes. Other than that, this is the ONLY place where I will go to get Chinese food because it's the best Chinese food.

By far my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. They deliver on time & accept debit/credit cards which is very convenient for me. My food is always fresh and hot. The girl who answers the phone is always sweet & remembers me from my previous order. I like that they keep a record of your phone number & delivery address to make the process faster. No complaints 👍🏾
