About Ten Seconds Noodle House 十秒到雲南過橋米缐
Step into the world of authentic Yunnan cuisine at Ten Seconds Noodle House 十秒到雲南過橋米缐, located at 1713 Park Pl APT 104, College Station, TX 77840, USA. As a distinguished Chinese restaurant in the College Station area, Ten Seconds Noodle House specializes in the renowned "Bridge Rice Noodles" (过桥米线) from the Yunnan province of China, offering a unique and flavorful dining experience for local users seeking something beyond the typical Chinese fare.
The highlight of Ten Seconds Noodle House is undoubtedly their signature Bridge Rice Noodles. This iconic Yunnan dish is known for its elaborate preparation and the interactive dining experience it offers. While specific details about the preparation at Ten Seconds Noodle House aren't provided in the reviews, the mention of a "hot and sour noodle soup pot" and "original pork bone soup" suggests a focus on rich and flavorful broths, a key component of authentic Bridge Rice Noodles. The fact that the soup is served hot and remains so in an insulated bowl, as noted by a customer, indicates attention to preserving the integrity and temperature of this crucial element of the dish.
Beyond their specialty noodles, Ten Seconds Noodle House offers a variety of other dishes that have garnered positive feedback. The fried dumplings, served with a distinctive black soy sauce, were well-received by a customer who found the overall food quality to be good and expressed a likelihood of returning. This suggests that their appetizer offerings are also worth exploring.
For those seeking a comforting and flavorful soup option, the hot and sour noodle soup pot with Lamb slices appears to be a popular choice. This dish combines the tangy and spicy notes of a hot and sour broth with the savory flavor of lamb, offering a more robust and hearty noodle soup experience. Another customer highlighted the original pork bone soup, praising its broth and overall taste, further emphasizing the restaurant's strength in creating flavorful soup bases.
The availability of beverages such as hot tea and iced tea allows diners to complement their meals with traditional drink options. Additionally, the inclusion of sesame balls on the menu provides a sweet and chewy dessert to round off the dining experience.
While one customer noted that they would have preferred a raw quail egg to stir into the hot broth, the fact that their husband, who generally does not enjoy Asian food, liked Ten Seconds Noodle House speaks volumes about the restaurant's ability to appeal to a broader palate. This suggests that the flavors are well-balanced and enjoyable even for those less familiar with Chinese cuisine.
The service at Ten Seconds Noodle House has been consistently praised as "wonderful" and the waitresses are described as "nice." Attentive and friendly service contributes significantly to a positive dining atmosphere, making guests feel welcome and well-cared for. This personal touch can greatly enhance the overall enjoyment of the meal.
The ambience of the restaurant is described as "inviting," creating a pleasant environment for diners to relax, eat, and converse. This suggests that Ten Seconds Noodle House offers a comfortable and welcoming space for individuals, couples, and groups alike. The fact that a returning customer specifically mentioned enjoying the time to eat and talk further supports the notion of a relaxed and conducive atmosphere.
Based on customer reviews, Ten Seconds Noodle House is considered an "excellent lunch place with reasonable prices." This makes it an attractive option for local users seeking a satisfying and affordable midday meal. The sentiment that customers leave "full and satisfied" underscores the generous portion sizes and the overall value offered by the restaurant.
The recommendation to try Ten Seconds Noodle House on a cold day highlights the comforting and warming nature of their noodle soups, making it a particularly appealing choice during colder weather. However, the positive reviews across different dishes and the inviting ambience suggest that it is a great option to visit year-round.

Customer Reviews
Ordered fried dumplings, P4, hot and sour noodle soup pot with Lamb slices, hot tea, iced tea, and sesame balls. Paid $55 including the tip. Service was wonderful! The food is good, and we are likely to return. The soup base lacks some depth. Excellent lunch place with reasonable prices. We both left full and satisfied. ✅Fried dumplings were served with black soy sauce. ✅ Soup was served hot and stayed hot in the insulated bowl. ✅Usually, my husband does not like Asian food, but he likes Ten Second Noodle House! ✖️soft cooked quail egg. I would have preferred to have it served raw so I could stir it into the hot broth.
I’ve come back again friends and once again we enjoy the time to eat and talk. We had a nice waitress and the ambience of the place was inviting. I had the original pork bone soup and loved the broth and taste of it all. I would recommend this to others on a cold day!
Today was a cold and rainy day. I was craving some food that will warm my body, and soup was the answer to that. I came to Ten Seconds with minimal expectations, however this establishment blew me away. The staff were very nice and the food came out in a timely manner. This is definitely the best soup noodle restaurant in the Bryan/College Station area. I got the golden hot and sour soup. Highly recommend it.
Amazing noodles! The broth was rich, the ingredients fresh, and the flavors spot on. Fast, friendly service and a cozy vibe—definitely my new go-to spot for comfort food. Highly recommend!
Been here many times with friends. Everything is great! Generous portion as well! You gotta try the fish maw soup it's disappointed that you can't get it if you want cross-the-bridge. Also, combine the three things in the pic for a dipping sauce.
