Brand new, sparkling clean place with modern decor. My favorite is the pork soup with sliced beef and the spring rolls. It's yummy and savory. The soup comes out boiling hot and they provide all of the add-ins, the beef which cooks in the broth and of course the noodles. The servers are attentive, friendly and kind. They work together to wait on each table and made sure we had everything we needed. We'll be eating here a lot.

The food was amazing, super authentic. I had the mushroom soup, and it was super fresh and tasty. The only issue was with the staff—they weren’t really respecting customers the way they should. For example, there was no spice on our table, so I asked for some, and they told me to go grab the whole jar myself, which I did. Then 10 minutes later, they came over and said I couldn’t keep it because it was for the whole restaurant—one jar for 20 tables, which was pretty strange. They also just threw the check on the table, which felt really off. I think the manager might need to work on staff training.

Quick Chinese rice noodle soup. The restaurant has a minimalist feel. There are pleasant Wood trims on an industrial backfield. The service was very friendly and helpful. The waitress offered to help me with the menu and she was useful. One side of the menu has extensive appetizers and small plates. The other side is a multitude of combinations of rice noodle soups. It's all based in a hot bowl of broth, a main feature, rice noodles and those little fixings. I had chicken broth with slices of beef. Again the server was great about helping. She pointed out each accoutrement and then mixed it all together for me. She had a wonderful balance of being helpful without being intrusive. I also had the rice sticks. They are sweet little sticks of rice like fried mozzarella sticks. They are covered with Demerara syrup and cinnamon. Normally there is tofu powder as well. The waitress was quick to pick up on my concern about soy and offer to leave the soy powder off of them. Typically, I don't have strong opinions about broth or other items in this meal. On the other hand, their list of appetizers are extensive and I really enjoyed the rice sticks. However, the service made the experience much better than similar restaurants.

Very cute place with a warm ambiance. The service was quick and the food came out pretty fast. The broths are served in clay pots that help retain the heat, and the toppings are served on the side. The chicken was surprisingly juicy and tender. The tomato broth was on the thicker side, and clung to the rice noodles pretty nicely. The noodles and broth remained pretty hot throughout the meal. The fried shumai was a nice appetizer to share. The pumpkin cake was warm and chewy (delicious!). The tofu skin appetizer tasted a little watery / the seasoning was dull.

Very solid noodle restaurant with very generous portions, and they really add a lot of vegetables in their soups (which is a big plus for me). The mushroom soup my girlfriend got was great, and I got the herbal soup (which tasted amazing). And the wings were decent (too much spice for my taste). Overall, the experience was great for the price!
