Customer experiences at Tea Garden appear to be mixed. One reviewer had a very positive experience, highlighting the friendly staff who were accommodating to special requests. They highly recommended the Singapore Chicken Noodles, giving it a perfect rating of 5 out of 5, and noted a steady stream of customers picking up orders, suggesting the food is well-regarded by many.
In contrast, another reviewer expressed disappointment with the vegetable selection in their Chicken Broccoli dish. They found a lack of fresh stir-fry vegetables and noted the presence of canned water chestnuts and overcooked broccoli. Despite requesting only broccoli, the reviewer's expectations for fresh vegetables were not met. They did mention that a generous amount of chicken was provided and that most dinner entrees are priced around $15.00.
Based on these reviews, Tea Garden is a Chinese restaurant known for its friendly service, with the Singapore Chicken Noodles being a standout dish for at least one customer. However, those who prioritize a variety of fresh stir-fry vegetables in their Asian food may find the vegetable offerings limited. The price point for dinner entrees is around $15.00. Customer Reviews
I took a leap of faith when I googled Chinese restaurants nearby. This came up along with another location. So glad I came, the staff are really friendly even when I requested to replace something. I highly recommend the Singapore Chicken Noodles. I give that entree a 5 out of a 5! People were steadily coming in to pick up their orders and it's obvious because the food is amazing.
If you value a good variety of fresh stir fry vegetables in your Asian food, this is NOT the place for you. If you enjoy the flavor of canned water chestnuts, with a few overcooked pieces of broccoli thrown in, you will love this food. They do give you a lot of chicken. Ordered Chicken Broccoli and special requested the order to only have broccoli. Most of their food is about $15.00 per dinner.
Love ordering here for pickup when I finish a long day of work and want something hot, fresh, and tasty. They prepare everything fresh so it's a wait but I don't mind for a fresh meal. Most times I'll get a text that there's a 15 minute wait but usual my food is served up in 10 minutes or less :) This time over 10 minutes had elapsed on my time and I ended up going in and seeing my order waiting to be picked up. I could feel that it had lost a lot of warmth and by time I got home it had cooled a lot and the texture had changed :/ usually by time I get home there's a plume of steam from the food it's so fresh. I will return in the future, I just hope experiences like this are a fluke
What a marvelous setting in scenic Arvada to celebrate my sister’s 65th birthday in the middle of a blizzard! The service, menu and hot tea were outstanding for our dinner. I highly recommend celebrating in this fun location!
Some dishes are better, otherwise okay in general. The Eggplant with Tofu was best out of the 6 dishes we tried, the other eggplant dish also better than other. Beef Chow fun was next. Moo Shu and Kung Pao was so so, the combination with Garlic sauce was great disappointment. Their eggplant dishes was surprising good specially the eggplant with tofu, the seasoning was right. The fired tofu adds great favor to the eggplant. One of better Chinese food in Arvada, but still not as good as some in the Aurora area. The Combination with Garlic sauce had way too vinegar so it was way off the taste. Moo Shu also a bit off taste, like most Chinese restaurant nowadays used to tortilla as wrap.
