A standout feature of Tasty Szechuan - Pacheco is its diverse menu, which offers a variety of dishes catering to different tastes, with a particular emphasis on Szechuan specialties. One family who dined at the restaurant tried several menu items and reported enjoying their meal overall. A particularly popular dish among them was the Spicy Pork Soup Dumplings, which were so well-received by their daughter, who was trying them for the first time, that she "instantly hooked and ate most of them." This suggests that the soup dumplings are a must-try item and a potential highlight of the menu.
Another highly praised dish is the Szechuan Beef. One reviewer mentioned "REALLY enjoyed" it and was undeterred by the spice, indicating that the dish is both flavorful and authentically spicy, a hallmark of Szechuan cuisine. The fact that the customer kept going back for more despite the spice level speaks to the deliciousness and appeal of this particular offering.
While the overall experience was positive for one reviewer, they did mention a slight disappointment regarding the pork buns, which contained green onions. This was noted as a personal preference, as the reviewer prefers "standard meat-only pork buns." They also appreciated the server offering a medium spice level after they mentioned liking spicy food, demonstrating attentiveness to individual preferences.
The same reviewer also tried the hot and sour soup, describing it as "really delicious" and having a pleasant level of spiciness. While they found the fried rice to be a "little bland," they noted that it was easily remedied with soy sauce, suggesting that even minor shortcomings can be easily addressed. The fact that this customer explicitly stated, "I’m definitely going back again!!" underscores the positive overall impression and the likelihood of repeat business.
Furthermore, this reviewer commented on the cleanliness of the restaurant, stating that it was "so very clean" and that staff were observed cleaning tables that were already clean, indicating a strong commitment to hygiene. This is a crucial aspect of any dining establishment and contributes significantly to a positive customer experience and peace of mind.

My wife wanted to try this place so we had a family dinner here. The atmosphere was nicely decorated and our server was friendly and checked in with us often. We tried a few different menu items and enjoyed our meal. My daughter tried her first soup dumpling (Spicy Porksoup dumplings) and was instantly hooked and ate most of them. I REALLY enjoyed the Szechuan Beef and didn't let the spice stop me from going back for more pieces. My only real disappointment was that the pork buns had green onions in them, but that's more of a personal preference, I just like your standard meat-only pork buns more. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we plan to return to try some of the other menu items another time. My daughter especially wants us to return for more soup dumplings!
We came in and we were welcomed right away and we decided to stay for the lunch special. They served peanuts at the table and warm tea. My husband got the salt and pepper, fried fish and fried rice and I got the green bean chicken and fried rice and the green bean chicken was delicious and I asked for the chicken well done and she made it well done for me like I like it, and she even offered me medium spice level Because I mentioned I like spicy. The fried rice was a little bland, but nothing a little soy sauce couldn’t help! The hot and sour soup was really delicious and a little bit spicy like I like like peppery! I’m definitely going back again!! The service was amazing!! Oh, and the place was so very clean and they were cleaning tables that were already clean while we were sitting there!! Sorry I didn’t get a pic of the salt and pepper fish. My total cost spent included the tip! $35
Ordered the wonton soup, and it was absolutely flavorful! 🥣✨ Beautiful, clean location 🏡, with great customer service 😊. I also really enjoyed the music 🎵—such a nice touch! Would absolutely come back to try more dishes. Unfortunately, I got the boba milk tea to go, and while the pearls were delicious and perfectly squishy 🧋, the milk tea itself was disappointingly flavorless. 😕
Oh. My. Goodness. Everything we've ordered here has been incredibly tasty. We had always thought we needed to go down south to Darda to get food this good. So grateful for this option closer to home! Clean, wonderful service,羊肉串, 水煮魚 and 重慶辣子雞丁 were hands down the best we've had anywhere.
Food really good and prices good too. Feels authentic with tea and peanuts before you order. Flavor on the ma'la dry hot pot was good and not too spicy. The staff were kind. It was a little too bright for me. So glad we stopped in!
