The soup dumplings and bao buns here are excellent—juicy and flavorful, especially the buns, which surprised me with how juicy they were. There’s usually a wait, but the front desk lady is always super nice and helpful, making the experience more pleasant. The spicy cold noodles are also a standout, with just the right amount of heat and flavor. However, dishes like the fried rice, thick noodles, and stir-fried shrimp are good but fairly typical, nothing extraordinary. Overall, it’s worth visiting for the dumplings, buns, and cold noodles. The friendly service and standout dishes make it a place I’d return to despite the wait.

Dined there for the first time …for a Monday at 7pm this place was packed and now I can understand why. My daughter and I choose this place to have her birthday dinner and we were in for a treat The menu is extensive and the service is top notch. When I try a new place and especially one with so many options we went a bit overboard 😊. We ordered the pork and shrimp dumplings, chengdu noodles , soba noodles with chicken , spare ribs , pepper steak , cumin lamb, spicy pork buns, crispy eggplant with sweet and sour sauce All the dishes were great each with their unique presentation and flavor profile. My favorite were the spare ribs and the pepper steak We will be back to try some of the other gems

A great place to have authentic Chinese food in Edison. Everything we had was absolutely delicious and the prices are very reasonable considering the portions. My husband and I shared three dishes and had leftovers. I recommend either getting there right when they open (11:30am) because as soon as they open it will be packed! If you have to wait there are a lot of great places in that plaza to kill some time and the wait will be absolutely worth it!

Okay, I get the hype now. The soup dumplings are pretty tasty and the crab tofu is amazing! I wanna come back to try more. It is very busy and there seems to be always a wait though. The service is great and quick.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant often. I will say, the food is very very good. However, as for service, it can be very hit and miss. I was so grateful when they allowed us to come in so close to closing. They were very kind. But on a different day, the manager appeared to be fighting with another customer, almost about to throw punches. it was very alarming, and the police were called. Another time I went with a small party and ordered only 2 dishes and tipped 15%, but as I was walking through the parking lot, a waiter chased us out and made us sign for an 18% tip instead. that was not a great experience. However, i revisited yesterday after a while of avoiding the place and had a very pleasant time with my party of six. The waiters made sure that we were okay with a table close to the door and we only had to wait about 15 minutes for a table during the rush hour which was very lucky. They checked up on our party very often and made sure we never ran out of water. the food was also very good. For any future customers reading this review, I would say the food is good, but service can be a roller coaster. Sometimes it’s very good and sometimes it isn’t. Thank you Edit: I appreciate the professionalism of your response. I genuinely did have a good time here a couple of days ago, and the tipping incident occurred almost two years ago, so I don't see a need to revisit the issue. Thank you for being considerate of both me and your employees, and I can see some major improvements have occured. I will revise my rating.
