Awesome new spot with great fresh items. Now who doesn't want there for fresh and tasting delicious. And if you dine in they serve alcohol beverages. But that's not all... They serve an all day combo for only $7... Can't go wrong with that mi my jente so let's give these guys a try cause your missing out
The $7 combo is absolutely incredible deal. Noodles or rice, 2 meats, and eggroll or 2 wontons, and a soup or a drink. Crazy. It is so much food for such little money. They're very generous with their portions. They were so nice and accommodating when I went in to order. The place is super clean. And it was very quick. Drove my food home over 20 minutes and it's still very hot and fresh tasting. I did eat a wonton in the car and while it was better fresh, it's not bad after bringing it home at all. Highly recommend and glad it's so close to work for if I need a lunch some day or dinner after.
We were excited to try out this relatively new Chinese restaurant. We read about the food, the staff, and the pricing. While the portions were very adequate for the price of $7, the quality of the food was less than stellar. The most disappointing menu that we had was the sesame chicken. There was very little flavoring or sauce on it, and the meat was very chewy and tough. The happy family offering was okay with a variety of vegetables. We also got spicy chicken but it was not that spicy. The BBQ was good but tough as well. The fried rice was average without much seasoning. The soft drink was fine as it was a canned product of Cocoa-Cola. Unfortunately we will not be returning and will opt for another restaurant if we want Chinese food.
I decided to treat myself to Chinese tonight at the former neighborhood Thai restaurant, now Tasty Express. As you can see, the portions are ample. You get two main entrées, rice, or lo mein or wonton, Egg drop or hot and sour soup or a can of pop all for $7 + tax!! Everything was hot and very fresh. They even give free samples if you want to taste it first. Highly recommended!!!
Food is ridiculously cheap for how good it is. The BBQ chicken is *chef's kiss*. Rice is tender without being mushy, and well seasoned. Just good food. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is clean and simple in layout. Before you go to Panda Express down the road, give this place a try instead. It tastes like real Chinese food, not crappy fast food versions. This has just become a new favorite for me and my family.
