The food here is great. Very fresh vegetables and lean meats. Sauces are delicious. We came here on a Monday walk with a bunch of friends to visit the middle lakes. One guy who used to live in the area said we should eat lunch here. We picked 6 different items to share they were all tasty. It wasn't super busy for a Monday lunch hour, but the bar area looks great. I imagine it gets hoping on evenings and weekends.

Taste of Fusion serves fantastic dim sum—easily some of the best I’ve ever had. Every single dish we tried was amazing, from the classics to the more unique offerings. The BBQ pork puff buns were the absolute standout, with the perfect balance of sweet and savory in every bite. We also ordered har gow, sui mai, steamed meatball, soup dumplings, beef chow fun, pork spare ribs, and Portuguese egg tarts—and everything was delicious. The flavors were spot on, the textures were just right, and the quality of ingredients really shined. If you’re looking for top-tier dim sum, I highly recommend Taste of Fusion. I can’t wait to go back!

Nice neighborhood restaurant that wasn’t too crowded and the food is delicious. Staff is friendly. The only downside is too much noise for my liking.

February 2024: Enjoyed a lunch on a busy Saturday. We tried some dim sum and a few noodle dishes. I liked the bitter melon spareribs chow fun. The sauce was a black bean gravy style. Very tasty 😋. The second noodle dish was a fish fillet mushroom chow mein that was also very tasty 😋. I would order both noodles again! Also tried a green bean stir fry. Good flavors. Dim sum that we tried was the steamed pork buns, sticky rice, and har gow. I only tried the pork bun, which was very good. Will be back again for more delicious food!

We went in for dim sum on Friday morning, and really enjoyed every dish! The scallop fried rice had a nice texture and a subtle flavor. The jellyfish and seaweed was beautifully presented, slight spice to it, and delicious. The green onion pancakes were very light and tasty. You may need a phone to browse their menu and order. Initially I had a problem with getting no signal - probably owing to the new building's thick walls. They have a wifi network and password - keep an eye out for it, or ask the staff. Not pictured: We also ordered sesame balls, which I ate before taking a picture, crab siu mai (also yum and substantial) and Shanghai soup dumplings. The sesame balls has a lovely texture between light crisp and chewy. They don't skimp on siu mai filling, and the Shanghai soup dumplings were definitely filled with soup (I find this can be hit or miss at some places). Definitely can't wait to go back. Glad this is finally open!
