About Tao's Kitchen

Welcome to Tao's Kitchen, your local Chinese restaurant situated at 8100 Hwy 6 N Suite C in Houston, TX. As a Chinese Restaurant, Tao's Kitchen aims to provide a diverse selection of Chinese cuisine for the local community.

Based on customer feedback, Tao's Kitchen offers dishes at reasonable prices, which is a significant factor for many diners. A standout item appears to be their mango strawberry lemonade and the mango shrimp, both receiving high praise. The staff is generally described as very nice, contributing to a positive overall experience for some customers.

However, some areas for potential improvement have been noted. One customer found the soup to be basic, suggesting a desire for more additions like vegetables or green onions. Another customer's experience was less satisfactory, citing issues with the taste of the egg roll and a missing ingredient (shrimp) in their Triple Delight order. There was also a charge for chili oil that was not well-received. It's worth noting that the fortune cookie was a positive aspect of this particular experience.

Tao's Kitchen offers takeout and potentially delivery services, as indicated by the phone numbers (281) 855-5700 and mobile phone +1 281-855-5700. For those in the Houston area looking for Chinese food, Tao's Kitchen presents a range of options, though individual experiences may vary. We encourage you to consider the diverse feedback when making your dining decisions.

Reasonably priced which is why it has 4 star rating from me. Mango strawberry lemonade is amazing along with mango shrimp 🍀 🔥🔥 Soup was a bit basic just had two wontons and soup base, would love to see some veggies or green onions on top. Overall great experience and very nice people

1st time trying out this place and last time. Food was a good portion however not very satisfying. Not sure what egg roll was made off, but not tasty at all. I ordered Triple Delight which is suppose to come with beef, chicken, and shrimp. I did not have any shrimp! I was charged for chili oil and not good at all. I was hoping for a better experience. Fortune Cookie was good!

This is the second time I order take out here and the food is delicious! The fried rice is really good and my husband loves to eat the kunpao chicken! The portions are really big and the prices are reasonable for the large amount of food they give u! The employees who work here are also very nice and polite! The food here tastes authentic and much better than places like Panda Express, which isn't very good and isn't authentic Chinese Cuisine, like they claim to serve!

This place is DISGUSTING!!!! We had the shrimp with vegetables/fried rice, Black pepper beef/fried rice ,wonton soup and pork ribs. The broth from the soup tasted like water (NO FLAVOR) The rice tasted like it was weeks old and no flavor. The only thing on my plate that had flavor was the broccoli. The sauce for my shrimp and vegetables had NO FLAVOR.. The Black pepper beef had loads and loads of Black pepper pored over it. We will NEVER be back.

DISCUSTING!!!!! The shrimp in the fried rice had shells, the Broccoli was extremely soggy. Flavor less. The fried rice tasted like it was made 3 days ago. Chilli sauce, which they charge for, had no Flavor, not spicy at all.
