One of our favourite breakfast places in SoCal! Love the old HKG tea house vibe here and the breakfast sets are such great value for money. The congee is great and the stir fried noodles is seasoned just right. The chicken chop is huge just for one person and it comes with toast too!

Huge portions for their 8-11am menu. All the combos come with a drink ($1.50 extra charge for cold drinks). I love the coffee+milk tea served in their adorable Black&White mugs. Service is quick without being too overbearing, very traditional Cantonese style for a Cantonese restaurant. Noodle is king here

Delicious. Ordered wonton soup, chicken clay pot, salt and pepper wings and beef steamed noodle. Everything was 10/10. Also heard chow fun is one of their top ordered items from the table next to me. Everyone was ordering and eating this butter bread too

Tam’s makes me miss Taipei. The vibe is perfect the moment you step in. Chill staff that aren’t needlessly overfriendly. Fairly big menu typical of a Canto establishment. Cute dishes. Affordable prices. Get the baked pork chop rice. The meat is succulent and curry extra flavorful. The braised beef noodles is excellent. Get the salt and pepper fried squid. Everything comes in huge portion, easily double or triple what you would get in Hong Kong or Taiwan. Highly reccommended!
