Taiwan Express Chinese Restaurant

Been going here since I was like 5 and gotta say, still hands down one of the best places in the Bay Area and my absolute favorite. Family owned small business too, not some raggedy low quality chain. They’ve given me many a smile over the past 20 years, and I hope the next 20 will be the same

I moved to Apollo Beach in Feb 2024 and since then probably have eaten here 40 times and counting. My 12 year old son and I love this place. This place is at the top of my list for favorite Chinese food I've had so far after knowing my hometown favorite in Texas and culinary experiences in San Francisco, Vancouver, Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. So glad this place exists and the food is always on point. After trying many places in Tampa Bay, this is my favorite.

This place is the BOMB, don't let this place fool you its so good. I will never go anywhere else after finding this gem. Food taste amazing 👏 great price and lots of food.

Ordered a deluxe dinner supposed to come with the egg roll and pork fried rice then it asked me if I wanted to add on so I added on lo mein I get home I have no pork fried rice and they said oh that's a substitute I said but it doesn't say that check your food before you leave very disappointed and they don't care they basically said now you know for next time smh

They have been going downhill for the last 3 yrs...dried fried rice, very little meat when you order anything with beef, shrimp tastes like bait smells...tried something new tonight, mongolian beef. Pictures are what it's supposed to be, what it looked like, and what it looked like after I picked out at least a whole white onion which isn't even an ingredient in any of the recipes I looked up
