Taichi Bubble Tea, Ramen and Poke Bowl - Utica

My daughters enjoy coming here for the bubble tea and ramen, I usually order a sushi burrito or a rice bowl. Everything always tastes fresh and delicious. Bubble tea is not my favorite, but I enjoy the iced dalgona coffee from the menu. I appreciate that you are able to take your time and order from a screen and customize your meal. Pictured is my customized rice bowl, tonkotsu ramen with extra pork, and a chicken rice box. The atmosphere and decor is relaxing and aesthetically pleasing with plenty of parking. For 3 people and 3 bubble teas the price usually averages out to $75.

Best bubble tea and poke bowls in upstate NY! Their prices is affordable. They also have a buy 1 get 1 free on Doordash deal and great point system app. Their employees are friendly and accommodating! Highly recommended!

As soon as I went into this place, I fell in love with it. It is well decorated, clean and the staff are really nice and patient. I got a mango+lychee smoothie and my wife got chocolate milk tea. I like chocolate better. I think my combination didn't go well for me. Sweetness is a little too much for my taste. Overall, I'll give 5 stars for this place. They also have snacks for a quick bite.

Very clean and friendly restaurant staff. I had one bowl of ramen and a peach rose milk and it was such a big portion I was stuffed. I did add egg and some corn on my ramen. The ordering touchscreen is a nice feature that makes this business more neurodivergent friendly. They had a variety of places to sit from booths to tables and a fun long barstool bench underneath their ceiling vines and lights decorations. I didn't see the cool leather lounge chairs at the back till I got up to clear my eat in tray. The business model is moderately like a Cafe and the staff won't come to bug you or anything but are very helpful if you ask for anything. Will be going back and I heard about it from a cousin of mine so its even going by word of mouth good reviews!

I'll be fair leaving a review and honest. The food and drinks are fantastic, and I love the vibe inside. I ordered a rice bowl today for takeout, and I found 1 hair in my food. I have been a long-time customer since the store opened. Please notify the team that prepared the food so that it doesn't happen next time. Thank you.
