Food is very authentic and home style. You have to know what you want to eat as too many items in the menu.

Cannot wait to go back❤️❤️❤️❤️ ps they even know Spanish 🤪😂 the Peking duck (I think that’s how you spell it) is a must try! So crispy and tender😍🥰 the food warmed my heart.

I've been wanting to give this place a try...if you google the restaurant, you'll find out that Bruce Lee used to frequent this place and he would always order the Oyster sauce beef and Garlic Shrimp...and so I ordered these 2 dishes :). I was really impressed with the Oyster sauce beef. The beef was really tender and the taste was on point...it had a balanced overall flavor to it...not too salty, not too bold, but was very tasty. The garlic shrimp was good, but it wasn't garlicky enough for me :). I was super impressed with the service. My waiter was very attentive and another gal...she looked like she could be the manager, checked on me and asked me how everything was ...with a smile and courteous manner. There was also another gal I had asked to show me the famous Bruce Lee Table and she did not seemed annoyed with me at all, she was very nice. I asked my waiter for a to go box and he asked if I would like for him to pack the to go box, which is a very nice gesture. He even gave me more rice to go! If you're in the area, go check this place out!

The place is very popular as it is supposed to be the oldest Chinese restaurant in Seattle. However nothing really great about it. The food is average and the quantities are large. Prices are on the higher side.

The oldest chinese restaurant in Seattle. This is represented in every aspect of the cuisine - food that was designed by the original railroad builders generation of immigrants, and which is increasingly becoming a set of historical artifacts. It can be thought of as a living interactive museum of those who came before. Dishes are family-style, so be careful of how much you order. My one criticism is the lack of MSG or other salty flavoring. This is because MSG was invented after most of the chinese railroad builder cuisine was developed.
