I love taco bell...but i spent 27 in here today and this is the awful quality food i was served. Didn't even eat the Mexican pizza and the taco's were so poorly made..this taco bell just doesn't care! I signed up for the rewards program but if this is taco bell standards now , I won't be back 😑 I also didn't even get some of the correct items and i waited almost 20 minutes..one person was even making food while on their phone..

Tadarius is the man! Never met him before but it was a pleasure to say the least. He knew everything I asked him about and the food he prepared was just like the pictures in the restaurant. The atmosphere was peaceful and upbeat I will definitely be back. It's been a while since I've been into a Taco Bell. Give that man a raise lol

This is possibly the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had (which is saying something). First, no one was there to take our order so we had to use the kiosk. Second, they couldn't make correct change. Third, an employee cut me off to use the restroom. Fourth, they gave us regular tacos instead of the supreme tacos we ordered and couldn't correct it. They even made them on broken shells.

The lack of class of this establishment is honestly appalling. As a DoorDasher, the wait time for the food is annoyingly long enough as it is… but the whole time I’m waiting (typically 30-45 minutes) I see multiple workers talking, playing on their phones, and vaping not only in the lobby but in the kitchen. How hard is it to hold yourself to a higher standard? I get you’re making minimum wage, but no job I have ever worked would ever tolerate this sort of behavior. Absolutely shameful and downright disturbing. I also find it interesting how there’s very clearly a no smoking/vaping sign in the lobby and yet the workers are doing it constantly. Smh

The guy working the window was extremely nice but the ai assistant that takes your order is the absolute worst thing they could've done! It couldn't understand what I was ordering & The actual employee can't even make changes to the order. Smh at least 3 people went through the drive through and left without getting anything
