T. Jin's China Diner

This was the first time we've eaten there. They do have very quick service. Staff is very friendly and attentive. But the food, at least the dish we had, was subpar. It's nothing that we'd have to go back. It was good, but not fantastic. Maybe if we go back, we'll have to try the chef specials. We were looking for a dish to share, nothing heavy that we could split between us.

Had a nice, casual dinner on a Friday night with my girlfriend. The atmosphere was great and the food was very delicious. Our waiter was also cool as he asked me if I was Filipino.

This is one of the best chinese food restaurants in San Antonio. The place is clean and the fiod food is delicious. The portions are well served. Try the hot and sour soup and sauteed green beans. This is not a buffet style restaurant.

Always been a huge fan of Tjins, my family has been eating here for years. Always thought the portions were plentiful and worth the price. Picked up an order of fried rice tonight and for the first time felt really disappointed. $15.00 is an awful lot of money for this much rice. Their kids fried rice used to be double this amount easily.

Service was pretty straightforward, they pay attention with what you need. Food was really good and big serving. So we had. Crab Rangoon that doesn’t only taste cream cheese, it blends different flavor in it. My favorite egg drop soup, General Tso with spot on savory, and Chicken dish that I forgot the name but not the taste. Over all the food was fantastic and surely worth it of the price. Place was pretty big and can accommodate big groups. It is also beside other shops so it’s easy to spot. Parking space will not be an issue as it shares with the other establishment.
