Kung pao chicken and orange chicken had zero veggies or chestnuts, no chips with red sauce, no salad or soup included. The taste was ok. Service was ok.

The staff from St Bartholomew Church often visits this Chinese restaurant that we have come to enjoy. We enjoy both the delicious food and the convenient location for church meetings. The restaurant provides a pleasant and accommodating environment for our gatherings, allowing us to discuss important matters while enjoying a satisfying meal. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere make it a perfect setting for our church community to come together and engage in meaningful discussions. It has become a cherished tradition for us, as we not only nourish our bodies but also nurture our spiritual connections during our visits to this Chinese restaurant.

I would not recommend this place due to poor food quality. The lo mein was bland (and slightly bitter). The steamed dumplings tasted spoiled. The fried rice is basically steamed rice with some oil mixed in and fried. The spring rolls tasted okay, but they were small and cheaply made. It was basically a fried wrapper with a couple strands of cabbage thrown in. The egg roll was also half the size of what I expected and nearly empty. The kung Pao chicken had almost no vegetables or nuts. Mainly just chicken, which is weird.

We have ordered take out from this place several times since moving here in '21. Delivery was fast, food was good ( not great) but good. That seemed to change a few months ago when we ordered our regular dishes - pork fried rice, sweet/sour pork, & beef broccoli. Sweet/sour pork arrived soggy, not crisp (mind you sauce was on the side) and the beef broccoli was over cooked with what tasted like bad cuts of beef. I even got sick that night. We tried it again a few weeks later thinking it was a one off. Same thing happened again with the sweet/sour pork, beef broccoli was better but not what it should have been. At that time we called to let the restaurant know our issues. They apologized promising to look into it and asking we give them another try. So tonight we figured we'd give them one more shot. Ordered sweet/sour pork, beef broccoli but I decided to try chicken lo mein too. Sadly no improvement. In fact the lo mein was like eating boxed linguine pasta , way to thick and gummy. Hardly any flavor & tons of noodles with little chicken. The container was literally full of bland overcooked pasta with a few pieces of chicken tossed in. That's it. Once again the sweet/sour pork arrived soggy and beef brocoli had that odd flavor that reminded me of the episode that got me sick. I chose against eating it to spare myself that agony over again. We live close, & the order arrives fairly quick so it's not a matter of travel causing soggy sweet/sour pork. It's like it sits in a steam bath before it's packed for delivery. I think something has changed in the kitchen. Either new cook, poor quality products/produce or new ownership. Whatever it is this will be our last order with them. Take out costs too much to receive inedible food, especially when it causes upset stomachs.

What is this? It sure isn’t Almond Chicken like I’ve had EVERYWHERE ELSE!! I ordered late on Door Dash not knowing the place was about to close or else I wouldn’t have even ordered. I tasted it to see if I could at least try to eat it because I’m hungry but it’s disgusting. I don’t even think this is a real dish. Seems like they just threw this together because they were closing! The last photo is what Almond Chicken should look like.
