Szechwan Palace

I've been a loyal customer for two decades, but the quality of both the food and the customer service has steadily declined. It's reached the point where any complaints about my order are met with indifference. They seem to have a "take it or leave it" attitude, even though I've already paid for the meal. This most recent experience was the worst yet. I ordered the Thai yellow curry shrimp, and it was inedible. Every bite was gritty, like chewing sand, and I even found a small pebble in my food. This is unacceptable, and I won't be ordering from them again.

I haven't eaten here for along time. Our waitress recommended us some new dishes to try, so we ordered the salt and pepper shrimp along with our usual of sweet and sour chicken. My wife and children loved the salt and pepper shrimp! The service was prettty good aswell, our waitress had a nice attitude through out.

Let's start by sharing that I have passed this restaurant more times than I can count and the out front look was always the reason why I wouldn't stop here along with so many negative reviews, which I would disagree based on my experience...that said, today was the day I gave it a try to see it for myself...let's start by remembering ourselves to not judge a book by it's cover ...this is a true hidden gem, so don't let the outside fool you or keep you from coming here ...food was DELICIOUS, prices are super reasonable for what you get overall!!!, place is small but mighty..service is great, cute small location with take out as well. Staff is super patient and attentive to your needs. Lavatory I did not visit so I cannot comment. My overall experience was great!! If you're in the area and looking for some yummy food with great service, then this is the place to chow down!!!! Highly recommend.

I would recommend this location over the one in Richmond. I know there were some issues in the past two years with food quality, but they have really turned it around. I live about an hour away and whenever I am in the neighborhood I stop off for some carry out!

The true definition of "hole in the wall" restaurant. I stumbled across this place totally by accident, but was glad I had. Normally my favorite Chinese place, another such tiny place, is a 30 minute drive since we moved. It became problematic to go pick up food, since it would be cool by the time I'd get home. Well I did an exhaustive search for an establishment with great food, made fresh, that was closer to home. One after another, disappointed and I'd find myself making the hour round trip for great Chinese. Then one day, when I wasn't even looking, I happened to pull into a parking lot just to get myself together, can't recall why, and I see this place just tucked away in a strip mall that I really don't pay attention to. I'm so glad I gave it a shot because I was so impressed with how good the food was, and the prices are equally impressive!! They'd probably benefit from a better location, but I digress. Happy I found them!!
