Szechuan Hill

We order from here regularly and the food is always very good. I had an issue with my order tonight. I ordered something, but it wasn't what I expected (my fault) and I called and they very nicely agreed to replace it with something I liked better. I appreciated the excellent customer service!

Today was my first time here. The service was great and the food was excellent. Will definitely go back soon!

This is the first Chinese place I've been to that doesn't have wings. I've been to many around town, different countries in China town etc. Next, they don't have bean sprouts or scallions. So overall, they charge the same high market price for less items.

DECADES of loyalty ENDED! Szechuan Hill has been our go-to local Chinese restaurant for 20+ years. This evening, that relationship ended. I went to the restaurant to order takeout. My order was 3 combination platters. After a 35-minute wait (estimated time was 20 minutes), my order was up. When I got home and unpacked, there were 3 egg rolls, 3 soups, and 2 entrees. I called immediately. While I waited on the open line, there was arguing in the background. The person helping me asked if I wanted to come back. I told her my husband was on his way. When my husband arrived, she accused him of STEALING! She said the kitchen packed it up. Needless to say, he was PISSED! There's no way we would waste our time or compromise our integrity for an $8 entreé when we probably spend $100/month there. Szechuan Hill may not care, but I CARE. This was our final visit for what would have been future decades.

Good Chinese food served hot fresh n fast. I'll go again..... It's hard to find good Chinese
