Supreme Taste

No idea why this place is so highly rated. The staff are friendly and seem to know all the customers, so I presume it's frequented by regulars. Prices are very reasonable the roasts meats are fresh and well made. There's nothing fancy here, some portions are on the smaller side but reflected in the lower prices. Food wise it's definitely above average and service was good. Roast meats r the standout items, don't get the spicy salt mixed seafood, thick batter and over cooked. As good as it gets in Broadview

I came here 3 times in 2 weeks and ordered roast pork every time. My regular spot in this Chinatown used to be a nearby restaurant but I think this one is my new fav. It's busy, but not as busy as the other one and the staff makes such a big difference too. The lady here is so crazy friendly. We felt like friends after only 1 visit. She recognised us right away and was very attentive. I then brought my whole family, and she immediately found a place for all of us, which is amazing considering that this place is not very big and always busy. Some of the dishes are much better than others, but if you're craving Cantonese food, this is an excellent choice in the area.

Wonderful authentic Cantonese cuisine with friendly attentive service. Best barbecue! Awesome Double Lobster!!! We love this place and Ben and his staff always put their hearts into giving us an amazing experience.

Very friendly and accommodating restaurant. Ask for extra sauces - no problem. The food is very good and quantity very large. In general they give more. For the noodle dishes they give a lot of topping - more shrimp, beef, vegetables, etc. The dishes are also bigger than what you should expect. There is nothing fancy about the place, but if you are looking for good food and good service, this is a great place. Supreme Taste will be our regular Chinese restaurant.

Follow @bredgyeats for more food posts! For days when we don't want to venture all the way to Spadina, Supreme Taste is the top choice for my family in the East. Not only do their Chinese BBQ slap, but we feasted on their regular menu to celebrate my Aunt's birthday, with a double ginger scallion lobster at the forefront which surprisingly held up very well for takeout. Other highlights were my favourite black pepper beef tenderloin, and an addictingly savory salt and pepper shrimp.
