We placed a large delivery order through uber eats last night. My parents were visiting and they think NYC Chinese takeout is the best. This was our first time ordering from Sunrise East. We LOVED it. Excellent flavor. You could taste the ginger and the garlic in the dishes, sometimes you get mediocre take out and it doesn’t taste fresh, this was so fresh, I was honestly shocked at how good it was. My parents were super happy as well. This will be our delivery spot from now on!

This is a humble spot with incredible takeout! When you’re really craving good Chinese food this is your spot. Everything is reasonably priced and so flavorful! Plenty of vegetarian options that I tried- fried veg dumplings, scallion pancakes, lo mein and ma po tofu. Fave was the dumplings and ask for chili oil you won’t regret!!

I have been looking and looking for a good place that I CAN TRUST with making chicken taste delicious and not like a rubber ball. I LOVE THIS PLACE..food is delicious…staff is amazing..prices are good for fresh, warm, authentic dishes. THIS IS THE ONLY CHINESE PLACE I WILL EVER ORDER FROM! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Writing this review is making me want to order from them right now.

Don't buy from this place we being ordering from this place for long since opening and now they treating the customer like trash by making the food wrong thinking we wasn't going to know the difference of fried rice and soy sauce with with white rice shame of them, 2 times we order fried rice they send us white rice with soy sauce the rice looks black full of soy sauce completely and the chicken brocoli look dry too. Please don't buy from there. The only good stuff is chicken with fries. My personal experience but don't recommend nobody it can make you sick.

BEST FAST TAKEOUT chinese food in NYC. all your favorites are cooked to perfection. would recommend pork steamed dumplings and general tsos chicken. bless this place- the ownership cares about community and they decorate the place well for a holidays which is a great touch.
