Sultan Wok Englishtown

1 Star I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sultan Wok. My delivery order took a shocking 2 hours and 25 minutes to arrive, which is completely unacceptable. When I called to follow up, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. No updates, no apology, and no sense of urgency to resolve the delay. By the time the food arrived, it was cold and lacked the quality I expected. I won’t be ordering from here again. Avoid if you value your time and good service.

This is THE local spot for American Asian cuisine. Prices are still good even after Covid and inflation so I can always come back here for reliable good food.

I ordered with Grubhub a pint of pork fried rice and bbq spare ribs. The order was very late, the prices are very high, the rice had no pork and it was inedible with raw grains and very salty. I was however enjoying the ribs very much until I pulled out the third rib which to my disgusting surprise it had a bite taken. Stay away from this place. 🤢🤮

Amazing food and service. The owner is very nice and the portions are out of this world! This is a great place to pick up chinese food because the prices are good and the food is great. They have options for all type of people like vegetarian, gluten free, etc. if you're in the area this is a great place to stop by and get food that will satisfy you and not hurt your wallet!

We order from Sultan Wok, Englishtown quite often & have never had a bad meal!! You can call in & place your order, or for your convenience, order online. They also offer walk-in. The staff has always been friendly, and delivery is quick. They have a nice selection of dinner combination platters, as well as MANY other choices to please the whole family. They offer gluten free & diet options as well. Their boneless ribs are my go to – so meaty & delicious!! Their sushi – FRESH! Their portions are generous with a good combination ratio (hope that makes sense.) It’s always been delivered hot, to a point where it still has to cool down, but that’s okay because it gives you time to eat your appetizers. We’ve never had a salty dish from them, not to mention that you can order your dish with any special requests. This place is always busy, but I like that because it means their food is always fresh! We’ve ordered from them for YEARS & they’re reasonably priced. I highly recommend trying them at least once, but beware – your family will be hooked! ps.
