Subway

I've ordered from here a few times via Uber eats and every time theyve sent the wrong thing. I order my sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese, toasted. I order the same thing from the same app from other stores and I receive what I ordered. When I order from this store they send a plain flatbread not toasted. Even if you're getting the bread wrong unintentionally the ticket says toasted. The bread is wrong every time and they don't even toast it. At this point I think they are intentionally sending the wrong thing. The manager this last time was maranda Britt printed on my receipt. Order #5532B I edited my review to include photos of my incorrect order and another store getting my order correct.

Out of all the subways I've been to the Mason Ave location is definitely one of the best if not the best! The food is quality & service is consistent. I'd especially like to thank all the staff for paying very close attention to details making sure everything is exactly as requested! Thank you to Jacob, Jason (believe that was his name) and all the others for always delivering deliciousness and ensuring orders are done right! Keep up the good work and if the owner or management reads this your hard working staff deserves not only compliments but also a raise and promotion! :)

I tried a new menu option. I don't eat meat, so dining out is a challenge. I tried the Cali Capri wrap. It was alright. I thought I saw egg in the picture, but it does not have, but that sure would have been good. Idea Subway, add egg to it!! I came with a friend and the overall dine in experience was lovely and completely satisfactory. Subway is still a valid fast food choice.

I stopped in to grab lunch to go, the staff was so friendly and attentive to everybody, even though they were extremely busy. Great job to The young gentleman, I think his name is Jacob and the young lady that was working with wearing glasses. Stopped in around 1:30 12/5/24.

Open till 2am - perk!! The two guys working at about midnight were nice and friendly. They provided good service and showed good sanitation skills by washing their hands before preparing my food. Inside was nice and clean in the lobby. (guy, learn to hit the trash can near the employees sink so all your used gloves are in the trash and not the floor - it’ll make for less cleanup at close lol). Food was well prepared. Thanks guys!! Outside sidewalk and area around sign need picked up but I don’t expect the sammy makers to do that during shift. I’d rather them not, anyway. They can do it at close. People shouldn’t litter and be so freakin’ messy.
