Sticky Rice Brady St

Sticky rice was so good and we will be back. I ordered the chicken fried rice and it was so delicious and the spice level was perfect. We also ordered the lemongrass chicken thighs which were good and the curry fried rice which was also delicious. The staff were also friendly.

My sister likes this place and had my niece's sweet 16 party here. The owner Otis is down to earth and very welcoming. We had a private room for my niece and when it came to dinner I went with 2 egg rolls and pepper steak and rice. When I was asked how would I like my spice for my entrée, I said I didn't l know it was an option to I went with medium and packed the heat! The meal was super tasty and would HIGHLY recommend.

Pros: - The food is SO good. Their Curry Fried Rice is probably the best fried rice I've ever had. Also highly recommend their Masamman Curry and Papaya Salad. - Amazing portions. Cons: - Not the best atmosphere - the seating isn't the best and is frankly kind of uncomfortable. - Service is alright - nothing special. Bottom line: not much of an experience but the food really makes up for it.

This place is legit. Visiting Milwaukee for work and was needing a home cooked meal. Found Sticky Rice on DoorDash and their menu was not a typical Thai restaurant. It was more of Lao/Thai cuisine. I ordered the Lao staple of Lao Beef Jerky, fried chicken papaya sticky rice combo and jeow som. Dang it was like home. I asked for the papaya salad to be super spicy and made authentic with padek, IYKYK. This was a pleasant surprise to find and highly recommended! If I look forward to coming back to try more of their dishes.

I be ordered the pad thai via doordash. I ordered before they opened. I figured being one of the first orders I would get something fresh and great. I requested wet/saucy It was extremely dry with no flavor. I was so upset lol. It felt like getting leftovers. This experience makes me not want to try them again The veggie eggrolls were ok
