Star Asia Buffet

It was absolutely awesome at 12pm today!!! Hershey’s ice cream was a nice touch for desert. Yum!!

I was at this buffet yesterday, it was good until they set us in the LAST table 😐, I simply said Ok. Then I asked for a CAN of soda, they broght me a glass soda ( I don't drink those, normally the machines are dirty, restaurants don't clean them) so when I asked about Can, they just started to talk in their language 😒😒. Shin Shin ( I think is like that) was really nice, however at the end she was like scanning us with her eyes 👀👀👀 Girl if I tip you $20 and my bill was $33, it means, I can pay for my food! My plastic bag was from Wallmart. The food was great, fresh and tasty. They do not have many drinks options, so you can drink water, but it was horrible 🤢🤮🤕🤒 I don't know why my husband visit this kine of places, it was his B-day so. But for real I am not into Buffets any more. The place is gorgeous, the cashier lady is super nice, also the guy who sit the costumers, everything was clean and restrooms were decents. It right across the street, so if you are a driver you can go walking. They have to go.

I went there with my family for lunch one day. A few tables down they spilled a box of something green, they picked it up and put it right back in the box, and continued like normal. That green stuff was probably put in one of the trays. (THAT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!) Like come on to serve food of the floor is just horrible. The atmosphere is nice. The employees are nice too. If you are going to this place I would recommend going in the afternoon. In the evening the prices are higher and all of the buffet food has been sitting there for hours. If you are staying in this area it is recommended , but there are other options in the shopping/dining complex. Such as Uncle Joe’s Pizza, Denny’s, Burger King, Taco Bell, Wendy’s across the street, and a McDonalds right down the rode from the shopping/dining complex.

My son and I stopped on a road trip, we were very happy with the food and the prices not bad. Nice clean place, lots of parking and a truck stop across the street, truckers would love this place.

We have been huge supporters of this buffet as the food is fresh and tasty until recently. As we ate our meal we watched the owner take one of the serving spoons out of the food and scoop up a peice of food that had been dropped on the counter where everyone touches and places their plates. We let it go until we watched a young child drop a shrimp on the floor, a worker was bringing out a tray of food to replenish when she spotted the peice on the floor. She picked it up and set it at the end, I'm guessing to clean up after. The owner again came around, grabbed a spoon out of the shrimp tray and scooped it up and threw it into the buffet. My husband immediately got up and told them what happened. The owner got mad, threw the spoon Into a container and said something in their language to the worker. The tray of shrimp was taken into the back and within 5 minutes an heaping pile was sent out. I'm sorry but no way they discarded a half of a try of food and had an entire tray ready. We spoke to the woman at the door who is always friendly and told her what happened and that we won't be returning.
