Springs Garden

Placed an online order and had a 30min wait for food to be ready. Arrived at time when my order said it would be ready by. Was told it would be another 10mins. I then waited 30mins before they even started my order. In total, I waited an additional hour in the restaurant for my order!!! If I had not already paid for my food online, I would have left. Owners didn't even seem to know which customers' orders were placed first and which customers had been waiting. Once I got home, my family agreed this was not good chinese food and not worth the price. The chicken was very dry, and fried dumplings were soggy. The dumplings looked and tasted like the frozen kind you would buy from a grocery store. I do not know how this restaurant has received good reviews. I recommend oriental express in Old Forge over this place. Shameful, first time coming to this location. Will not be returning. Also, there is no off-street parking.

I’ve been coming here for some time but last nights food was exceptional. There was what appeared to be an older married couple cooking and gathering the orders and the food was FANTASTIC. I will only come here from now on if and when this couple is preparing the food. The general tso, chicken and broccoli with cashew, fried rice, wonton soup and veggie lo mein were out of this world.

The dish I recommend is the Mongolian beef combo. 😋 A friend of mine referral me to this place and he was not wrong. 👍 Every time I need some Chinese food I haven't stopped going to get it from Spring Garden I really recommend this restaurant the food tastes great 😋

Clean atmosphere first of all and the food is always fresh and well prepared and very tasty.
